Where do I start.... Ive been a client of Petals for years! As a man who believes in quality and integrity, Ive made Petals my Official GO-TO Florist. The owner (Tommy) is a great person to know and work with! I can say to Tommy, Here is the color scheme that I am looking for and Tommy will amaze you with what is created! Although Im Philly born and Raised, Petals and Tommy will ALWAYS be my OFFICIAL Florist and person that I will contract out for ALL and future events! Thanks Tommy for seeing my vision and taking it Beyond my thought process or what others would expect!!! In the words of Tommy "You have that eye for OVER THE TOP" and that being said, the prices are NOT!!! I will always have Much Respect for Tommy and the team at Petals! Petals artistry and value are such that I travel from NJ, to get arrangements for all of my special events. As for freshness, I was recently able to re-purpose week old arrangements for a second affair! Petals is also original in its design and will accommodate your budget.The owner, Tommy Strouse, is honest and fair, always demonstrating the best in customer service. If youre looking to send a special arrangement to impress or to distinguish your event with the "best of the best", Petals is your florist. Over the span of 30 years, Petals has brought flair and sophistication to my nieces wedding and aunts 90th birthday party, as well as to numerous events Ive planned for others, such as showers, reunions and dinner parties. I highly recommend Petals, simply a cut above.

Not please with the products representation of what I actually paid for vs what I actually received. Bought a flower package that in the picture has 8 red roses and 5 pink roses with smaller side flowers. The picture that my wife sent me of the flower was THREE red roses and TWO pink roses with very little smaller side flowers. The roses were alive and looks good but the representation of the package on their website was what I PAID to get not the miniature version of it. I feel cheated and dissatisfied by the service I paid for. Would not recommend. Very deceptive business practice.

Tommy and the entire staff at Petals are awesome. They are very accommodating and understand the importance of my requests, just as they do for everyone that calls, I am sure. In a world of being passed around before you can every speak to a person, someone always answers and is very helpful. Superb job always...Jim

I am having Petals do my wedding at Dolce and I have had absolutely NO problems with them. My fiance and I live out of the area and they are always accomodating and make time to see us when we are in town. Tommy is wonderful and I would rec. them to anyone planning a wedding in the King of Prussia area.

A few weeks ago i ordered 3 center piences and and a bouquet to be delivered for a retirement function at Maggianos in King of Prussia. No call and the flowers didnt show up for this event. I am extremely dissapointed.

I just made a call to the shop and the person who answerd the phone was very rude and hung up on me. The business must be so good that you can turn down customers.
