Parking lot is covered in ice; cars on slope sliding toward parked cars right outside the front door. When I brought this to the attention of a staff member he seemed uninterested, focused only on the fact that their salt shipment wouldnt arrive until next day. No concern for patron safety. No creative problem solving. I was there to exchange one paintbrush for another. In a cranky tone, the same staff member declared that I had to return the brush to the store from which it was purchased. That is fine but for goodness-sake, work on your customer service skills. Show a little regard for the folks that spend money in your store.

If I could post zero stars I would. Beyond horrible customer service. I was told that I had to hurry up as they were going to "kick" me out. (Actual words in an unpleasant tone) This was 15 mins before their posted closing time. Also there prices are almost double compared to HD. Will never go back again. I wrote an email to their area Mgr. Still waiting to here back. Its no wonder why places like this go out of business.

The guys that work here are rude and act like you dont know what you are talking about. I know what kind of battery charger I need and dont want or need attitude. The only nice person in the store was the young lady at the cash register and I feel sorrry for her having to work with those guys in there. Learn customer service skills or dont talk to people. Left and went over to Napa.

Incredibly helpful folks at this store. I went in with a notion of what I was trying to do, and the several helpful employees took over, troubleshot my ideas, and got me everything I needed and a blueprint on how to do it. I walked away singing their praises!

This is my go-to place for c-clamps, paint, planting soil, etc. If I need help with a DIY project, there is always someone there to help me figure out what supplies I might need. Its nice to have a small specialty store like this in Wilsonville. :)

The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. They always personally help me find what Im looking for and carry any heavy items to my car for me. They make returns easy and hassle free.

As someone said below I was also told to "hurry up" because I was going to be kicked out. Customer service is awful they didnt even have a key to open the area for the some reason locked tools ?
