They didnt carry the items for 3 of the drinks orders, I asked to use my free one on mine & they took it off the tall (12 oz) plain coffee instead of my drink. Finally got our drinks & I learned you can actually mess up a chai latte. Its the worst one I have ever had! I go to Starbucks in Southern Oregon on a daily basis and stop at many while traveling. This has been by far the worst one I have ever stopped at.

Ordered 2 mochas. Both were watery, no flavor. I thought it was just mine and then my husband said his was bad too. Would have taken them back if Id known his was bad but we had taken them to go. Would not go back there.

The service was fast and my drink was delicious. Way better rhen the one across the street where the employee are rude and my drink never tastes right.
