Absolutely the worst customer service experience today at the pharmacy. I had a prescription called in on Saturday for my child, a whopping 2 pills. Stopped by Tuesday morning at 10:00am to pick it up for his dr appt at 2:00 that same day. I was told the computers had been down since Saturday and they didnt have the prescription. The lady assisting us recommended having the dr office call in the same prescription to guarantee getting it before his appt. I did that, and stopped by again at 11:00, the same lady confirmed they talked to the drs office and had the prescription. She told me it would be ready in an hour. My husband went back and was told not only was it not ready but because the computers went down again he would have to go to the location on Burnside. So my husband drove over there to be told it would take an HOUR AGAIN to fill a TWO pill prescription. By this time we didnt have another hour to wait so we are going without. Very disappointing they couldnt figure out how to fill a 2 pill prescription to make sure we could get what we needed prior to the appt. Especially since they technically had the prescription for 3 days prior to us trying to pick it up. Perhaps they should invest a little more in an better IT department, or maybe even notify the local doctors that they are down for days! What a joke, awful awful awful customer service. Not one person in either location tried to find a solution, just said "its going to be an hour, nothing we can do". Ridiculous.

Employees didnt know coupon policy and werent helpful. Manager was RUDE. There are so many other good Walgreens in the area - try a different one.
