I was getting some work done at the attached coffee shop and was able to get the rest of my shopping done for my weekend camping trip. The store was very clean and well laid out, it was busy (for Memorial Day weekend) but could easily accommodate all of the tourists (such as myself) without feeling like you were running into people too often. I used the self-checkout and the woman assisting people there was very kind and helpful too. For a cost they offer child care so you can drop your kids off in the front while you go shopping, the mens restroom was in decent shape and looked to be clean. Parking is plentiful and they even have some pedestrian-friendly walkways in the parking lot to help buffer you from the vehicles driving around looking for spots.

Fred Meyer in Tillamook is an oversized convenience store at best. It specializes in selling items marked up 80% or more which are exclusively manufactured in China and shipped to this store for sale through "Kroger" the corporate giant. Employment opportunities appear to be available, unfortunately, wages are remain low to improve the Krogers bottom line. Mr. Fred Meyer would roll over in his grave if he saw whats become of his name. The store does offer a great selection of fruits and vegetables. The folks who keep working hard at this location do a great job! As long as youre not in a hurry or need anything from the deli, things tend to run smoothly while shopping here.

We went to the deli today and ordered several things. The lady was frazzled. She acted like everybody was expecting her to go a lot faster than she was. She kept apologizing and saying shell be with you as soon as she can. It was a short wait. They did need some more help as it was the lunch rush and several of the trays were empty. The food was good and we were able to eat it right there at their tables. We were able to buy it all right there and she had condiments like mayonnaise and ketchup and mustard for the corn dogs.

Just started traveling fulltime around the country and came across this chain of stores, which reminds me of marriage between my favorite grocery store back home and the infamous Walmart, which just means it is the best of both worlds wrapped into one! A very nice convenient experience! Store was well stocked, nicely laid out, clean, friendly service and reasonably priced. I apreciated finding this place!

Turned in bottles. All the machines kept breaking down every few minutes. Although the attendant was more than willing to help, Fred Meyer definitely lacks in the bottle department. Its always disgusting, and littered with trash. Ill pick up others trash. But I never see an employee pick any of it up out there unless someone breaks a bottle right in front of them.

This place is DISGUSTING. RUDE employees and management. The employees are habitually rude, lazy, obnoxious, and ignorant. Shop somewhere wise. Kroger company is hideous for letting this cesspool of Hillbillies be so Piggish to their customers. Go to Safeway, or Grocery Outlet. This Fred Meyers is DISGUSTING. BYE Felicia.

Most unfriendly staff in town. Went on Saturday, was the only person in line with 4 people behind the counter "working" and was not acknowledged by on person. I ended up walking away... This store has gotten worse and worse over the years. Youre better off trying one of our local coffee stops!

Great selection, not really low prices as they like to advertise. Produce section is great, deli as well. Electronics are somewhat sparse compared to bigger city Fred Meyers. Outside of building seems to not be a priority for whoever manages it, its in need of a paint job and a pressure wash.

The clerk at the checkout press was not friendly, needs to learn the art of saying Hello, thank you and good night, just the basics on communicating with customers, that alone is enough to keep people from returning, which results to millions of dollars going to the competitors.

Its a fred meyer. Not the biggest, not a newer model, not the best. But a Fred Meyer. Theres a drive through pharmacy, a home n garden department, clothing, groceries, etc. This store tends to close earlier than other stores in the state, so get there early!

I have to give a special shout out to Lisa in the Womens Clothing Dept. She really went out of her way to help me (a tourist) out. I felt like I was getting the 5 star treatment and thats why Im giving her 5 stars. Thanks Lisa! The swimsuit worked great!

There were two people working this Sunday morning. Ive seen two people handle a crowd just fine. However the woman making the coffee this morning was slower than molasses. She could not multi-task, only made one drink at a time and moved like a sloth.

Always crowded, always out of stock, 50-50 on how an employee will treat you. Its a huge disappointment for me as Ive always loved Fred Meyer, especially being a former employee. I now head to my local small grocery store or Safeway.

Big fan of Fred Meyer when I was visiting Oregon, coming across as a sort of slightly higher scale WalMart. Primarily good for Groceries and Gas, but theres lots of other things available here. Clean and the staff were all friendly.

The store has everything for outdoor uses as well as indoor activities. The prices are low but some items may be higher. For convenience there is a play place for small kids. Parking can be a problem though even disabled parking.

Biggest beer selection in Bend. Great floral department. Nice Cheese/Olive Bar. The bakery has some awesome stuff. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a monitored playroom for young children.

Slow and old. Best description I can give. Three employees cut eachother at Starbucks while I was in line. Thanks lazy miss. Maybe you should grab a water instead. Vey weird layout but it works.

Spacious, big parking lot, Starbucks inside. Floral departemnt anf angry looking cashier but that is common for Fred Meyer! The employer pay is bad -resulting into bad customer service.

This is my favorite Freddys!! I live in Salem and I live the one on Market st as well. Out of all the ones Ive ever been in including in the southern states, this by far is my favorite.

This is the only Fred Meyer that I know of that does not have a Chase Bank. We must either drive to Portland or 3 hours South to Newport. So disappointing. Please put a Chase Bank in.
