I tried to get a replacement phone because my HTC One was occasionally causing blurs on both 1/3 of the frame on both sides. Also there were some cosmetic issues (build quality issues) that slipped out of HTCs quality control. The manager told me he will never accept a return because he cant see the camera problem - pretending he doesnt see the blur on a photo I brought. After that, for the quality control issue, he told me "how does that affect the usage of the phone?", and that he will not accept any returns related to cosmetic problems. I had my phone for 13 days and got tired arguing with this guy so I didnt return or replace the phone. I finally found time to leave a feedback for this store. Another bad experience I had - when I got to the store, they put me on a waiting list to be helped. There were plenty staff and each taking care of one customer. Somehow my name dissapeared from the list(their ipad) so I had to wait for more than 20 minutes until I finally asked them. Thats how I found out my name was gone from that list. Anyways, I am never going to this store to buy a new contract.

YOUR LUCKY if you get an employee who really wants to help you good luck if you have a technical problem without an easy fix I was told by various carriers that if you buy an iPhone from Apple the phone is already unlocked or Apple would unlock the phone. The person I spoke with at the Apple store sternly told me that I had been uninformed and that the phone could only be unlocked by one of their ROYALLY appointed carriers. which is AT&T. I needed the phone unlocked so that I could insert and international sim card.AT&T wouldnt unlock the phone ok so I agreed to change my service It was an absurd all day nightmare to switch to AT&T. Didnt happen. Never got my phone unlocked and didnt get the service I needed. Wasted my whole day waiting at the AT&T store and running around. iPhone still locked unable to use in Europe.

The store here is very unprofessional. I go in and see a bunch of employees talking with each other and playing games. A person comes up to help me after awkwardly standing and looking at them. The guy barely listened to me and was constantly glancing over at another employee to jokey gesture and stuff. Anyway, I came in to ask them if they had a product in-store. It took them FOREVER to find out. The guy had to ask his supervisor to find out, really?! After spending half an hour in the cramped store, I left with a rotten feeling of nothing. These employees needs to be trained more professionally and be more friendly and helpful. Im certainly not going to shop at this AT&T in the future.

Horrible customer service. I called 4 times 10 minutes before they closed, and none of my attempts were answered. The 5th time i called I was automatically placed on hold and then hung up on. I get that youre about to close shop and dont want to answer any more calls but when youre still open? I figured that would be a given. AT&T is getting such a bad rap from these employees.

Sale rep is not good, (very nice before you sign up) just wanted to sell and not follow through. Didnt disclose all of the hidden fees and ignore you after you already sign up. Cant get a hold of the rep after you already signed. I dont normally like write bad review, but, this store is very bad.

The worst, the absolute worst. Dont come here, dont sign up with AT&T, at minimum they are a terrible company that will try and bleed as much money out of you as they can. At worst, they are liars and scam artists. The lady at this branch messed up my contract situation so badly.

Shear incompetence. My old SIM card was transferred to new phone, but new SIM card activated and old card permanently deactivated. Now back to store for 4th time with kids in tow to waste more hours of my life. Thanks AT&T!
