so i figured i would call to get a price check on a plunger... hmmm the phone has been ringing for at least long enough for me to make a google account and post this!!!! yeah home depot and walmart is a little farther but id pay ten bucks just to get someone to pick up the damn phone... lol its still ringing. there return policy is pretty good though i bought a remote control there the other day and the packaging claimed to work with my tv. it didnt.... ring ring rinng think i will hang it up now.......click.

Absolutely the BEST place to shop! Sure, the exterior of thr store needs an update but their prices are cheaper than Walmart and Target. Plus, Kmart rewards their customers for their everyday shopping in points that you can use to purchase anything in the store. Last week, I spent $50 and got $10 in points to use for something else I needed. Wouldnt shop anywhere else, thank you Kmart!

I love this Kmart. Every time I come to Salem to visit my boyfriend I go there because the employees are the friendliest of any store Ive been to. They go out of their way to help you and are super chatty. They also end up having everything I could possibly need (today that was tons of OSU merch to take back home with me!). No complaints!

The staff has always been polite. Kmart is a good source when other retailers are out of stock. Walmart in my town has terrible stock levels at ALL of the locations. Kmart has a different variety of stock as well. Prices are about the same as Walmart. The ambience is odd, they have very narrow aisles and 1980s flavor.

This might be one of the worst stores I have been to lately. A third of the lights are out so some isles are dark and eerie feeling. The shelves are bare and the place is a mess. On top of that they wont let you return items if you dont have a bar code on the bottom of the receipt. This place needs help in a big way.

Its a very decent store in terms of pricing but everything else kind of sucks. The store is pretty messy and it looks terribly under staffed. Its a nice place to visit when youre looking for something different, just know the store looks and feels incredibly dated.

The employees are not very helpful. They seem put outby having to tell me where the dog food was. Twice. The first guy tol me the wrong place the second guy said he doesnt think they have dog food.. they have it

I love the shop your way rewards program. You are able to earn points just by buying what you already want or need, later youre able to use those points the same as cash towards whatever you want.

Terrible customer service. Sale signs are commonly misplaced and manager will not honor the placed signs. I will not shop at Big K again, there are much better stores with much better service.

Not what Kmart used to be. Quality products, excellent and helpful workers, clean and friendly. I prefer shopping here to just about anywhere else. Need a bigger craft department, though.
