My mom is the Manager and just love coming to seahorses! I love it when dads come in and get amazed, i love that they have events like box day! I also love that they have a once a year FULL OUT DADDY WAR were dads try to compete against each other to be crowned the ultimate daddiator! In seahorses there are so many things to do i like to come in early and ride the scooters around. My favorite thing is that i love interacting with little kids they have such imaginations and that they are super adorable! Over all i love coming to seahorses, i think they will be very success full!

Amazing place. Some of the best people Ive met Ive met in Portland. Very welcoming and warm. The store has two areas; the front is where the product is and the back is the meeting space. There is also a play area that is walled in for little tykes, a godsend, that allows you to either shop or hang out without worrying too much about your little one. I suggest this place to everyone I know that has kids or is planning to have kids.

My partner and I saw this place while walking Hawthorne and found the idea interesting enough to take look. The products werent overpriced at all and it was clear that the owner has a passion for empowering dads. Not only do they sell great "dad" things, but they set up community groups for new dads. I walked out with a new born carrier and an awesome water bottle supporting dads and their love for children. Check it out

The only store for dads in Portland! Melissa and Doug, Strider Bikes, Thule strollers and carrying packs, outdoor gear and clothing for kids, diaper bags for dad, cloth diapers, toys and books. Ricaro racing car seats, Diono car seats. Kid safe play area and organized playdates. Toddler dance parties. DROP IN AND CHECK THIS PLACE OUT.

Geared toward dads, but all parents will enjoy the selection. Theres a dedicated play area for the smaller kids, and dont be surprised if the owner offers you gratis coffee.
