Came with a friend who tried to price match something from the toys r us website but the staff would not cooperate. My friend then ordered the item for in-store pickup but the staff advised us to come back "in an hour or so while the order is processed." This is after we had walked the item to the register and ordered online with the staff looking over our shoulder. We showed the staff the confirmation email and receipt but apparently that wasnt enough proof of purchase. Finally, hours later, the store sent an email stating that the item that we walked to the register was ready to be picked up. Jesus.

Went to store for aspecif item. Duck tails key chain. Customer swrvice desk gurl didnt know what they were, didnt want to look it up,and said they might be in electronics. No one there to help. Found a worker and asked for help again. He tried to see where they would be but gave up and said he was going to look in the warehouse. So I called Wal-Mart. They went beyond helping me. They checked the warehouse and online. W.e get the toys on Monday, thanks for Wal-Marts help. Toys r us sucks in their customer service at the Vallejo branch

I hate the ignorant slow manipulative annoying ugly people here. Honestly. Customer service sucks. Go to Pinole or Pleasant hill for a pleasant experience with out the Vallejo ghetto tactics and loserville people.

Always clean. Staff didnt have my bike ready by the time promised...manager personally came out to apologize and they returned 15% back plus it was free assembly!
