This place is amazing! I have been coming here for a few years now and every time Im greeted with a warm smile. Theres always polite conversation and the willingness to help. This is the only place that I feel safe taking my property to because I know that it will be well taken care of and safe. The best part is that theyre open on Saturday so its super convenient for me as I work Monday through Friday. If you like to watch movies they have an amazing selection of Blu-ray and regular DVDs. All are inspected to make sure theyre in good condition. I would suggest everyone to go here.

Silver Linings Pawn offers great deals and has what you need -- most importantly with the integrity to know what you are buying is not stolen and you are not contributing to the theft economy. My sons bike was stolen in 2013 and its theft was not reported to Portland or Gresham police. But Josh and the team at Silver Linings went the extra mile and checked every stolen bike registry. Instead of making money off the transaction, they called the bad guy on the theft, got law enforcement involved and reunited a heart broken 14-year-old with his bike. What a great shop!

I at first wasnt happy with the offer given to me for my loan but when I came back with an additional tool the offer was substantially higher. I left with a smile on my face and confidence that my bill would be paid and the guy that helped me in the end was even dealing with a difficult customer, for which he apologized many times. I am so far happy over all and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I will leave an update on my experience once I go to retrieve my items from my loan. Happy shopping yall!

It was my first visit today: I found the people to be professional, efficient, and knowledgeable - well versed in the items I brought in today. I was not expecting such a great experience at a pawn shop! OK - the last one I visited was in LA .... perhaps that set my expectations! Still, I was in and out quickly, & very satisfied.

I came to Silver Lining not really knowing what to expect as a customer. Pawn shops can often be shady places. I felt like the employee that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained very carefully the process and was able to tell me a bit about my piece of jewelry. If you in a bind, hight recomended.

i went to get a loan on two rings. their sign said they "pay more"..... i was treated like crap. they criticized my rings and told me they could only loan me 70 dollars. i went to All That Glitters and was welcomed treated so much nicer and they loaned me 115 dollars on the same two rings.

This is my favorite pawn shop hands down! The quality of the merchandise is top of the line (they wont take junk) but the prices and face to face discounts offered are the best Ive ever seen. The store is clean and organized and the staff is knowledgeable and professional.
