Terrible service.... I would not use this office ever again.. My son and I went in for a routine exam. My sons exam was covered by insurance, my exam and contacts were not. I paid at the time of the exam for my contacts and the services of the Doctor for a total $214. Three months after payment I started receiving bills for $25 when I called to discuss and inform that I paid at the time of service I was told that the records on there end do not reflect the payment rather they reflect a balance of $25, seems weird that I would pay part of my bill in cash at the time of service but not $25 (seems like a co-pay but I dont have eye insurance) I informed the woman on the phone that I paid in cash and that I had the receipt, she let me know that this is not how they do business and I would need to pay or get a mark on my credit.. I opted to pay the bill as it was only $25 but for some families this $25 may not be affordable.. In short I feel like this company shook me down for money knowing that I had paid and at least that there was potential for a billing mistake on there end. They choose to loose 2 customers rather than actually look into the bill.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MEDIOCRE EXAMS .. the total expense was not worth it..Go somewhere else

I went to Dr. Johnson for an annual eye exam, and would recommend her to everyone. She was extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and explained my eye behavior to me in ways that no other doctor had. I learned things about my eyes that I didnt even know I was wondering about! I left with three weeks of trial contact lenses, and a great deal in purchasing my annual supply through the clinic. I didnt need new frames while there so I cant speak to the selection, but can speak to the service. Renee was super friendly and very helpful in getting my lenses replaced, add-on recommendations, the works. Thanks, EyeHealth Northwest, for the great service and taking care of my eyes!

My experience at Eye Health Lombard is the worst I have ever experienced. Three months after my initial appointment I finally have usable glasses by firing them, eating the charges and getting a second opinion which resulted in functional glasses in a week. I still dont have contacts since it takes weeks or a month for Lombard to get trial contacts and they are still "tweaking" the prescription. So I am writing off contacts. No customer service, do not listen, hidden charges.

This office is wonderful, and Dr. Johnson is very thorough. I could tell she had already familiarized herself with my patient history, so her questions were insightful without the redundancy that you sometimes experience when doctors havent done their research about you! I have been a patient for many years, and would recommend this office and Dr. Johnson to everyone.

As a first time patient at Eye Health Northwest, I wasnt sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in the door, my experience was wonderful. The receptionist, ophthalmic tech, and Dr. Johnson were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My exam was thorough and they made sure I was 100% happy with my vision. The experience was great and Ill definitely be back.

After three years of patronizing Eyehealth I am switching to another optometrist. Eyehealth sold me an expensive pair of sunglasses in the wrong size, tried to charge me $174.00 to switch when I complained about awful contact brand that sold me; staff is RUDE and surprise you with substitute optometrists who have no idea what is going on. No thank you!

I went for a routine eye exam. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Same for the person who did the initial testing--personable and friendly. Dr. Mindy Ta was wonderful--easy to relate to, clear in her explanations, responsive to my questions, cheerful, friendly, and very competent. I highly recommend this eye health center.

I went to EyeHealth Northwest after recommendations of two coworkers. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Johnson was very professional and answered all my questions (and I had lots!). Great frame selection and my glasses were made quickly. Definitely recommend!

Nov 10, 2014. Web site said open today. I tried calling 5 times, over a period of 3 1/2 hours, to cancel an appointment for Tomorrow. On one call I let it ring for 10 minutes. Lets see if anyone calls me back to apologize!
