If youre looking for a local pharmacy, look elsewhere. Even if the next closest one is twice as far away, you will still save time. For refills, theyre fine. New prescriptions? I hope it isnt urgent you receive your medication the same day. You will wait. My family has been using this pharmacy for the past two years, and it has never really been convenient. Its close, and switching pharmacies happens to be a hassle. Weve tolerated a lot. Today is but the most recent of many nearly identical experiences. 4:00pm Drop of script. Pharmacy has all necessary information on file. They say, "it should be ready in an hour. 7:40pm Return to pharmacy. Wait in line 15 minutes. 7:55pm Reach counter. Script not ready. Should only be 10 minutes. 8:05pm Get back in line. 8:25pm Reach counter. Script not ready. Cant find it. Cant find it?!? Check back in 10 minutes. Regret allowing child to accompany. 8:45pm drop off child at home. Head back to pharmacy. 8:58pm Arrive at pharmacy. Get back in line. Begin writing review. 9:19pm. Reach counter. Finally ready. If this was a rare occurrence, Id chalk it up to extenuating circumstances, but thus is a regular experience. Every new script is a disaster of poorly set expectations and incompetence. Refills are ok. If you absolutely must use this pharmacy, 6:00am is the golden hour; provided John is working. Those two conditions met, youll be in and out in 20 minutes, but otherwise dont bother.

So I have dealt with BJ over and over and she surprises me every time. I have really bad asthma, and BJ is consistently rude to me. she throws her opinions in every time I call. She is not a freaking doctor, she has no right to tell me what Im doing is wrong and giving me other options. Her job is to fill my prescriptions and answer questions if I have any. If I dont have any questions then there is no reason for her to give me lip. Most of the other staff members are kind, but BJ is rude. I have never dealt with a rite aid pharmacist like this before. and dont forget the long wait lines and prescription fill times. I made sure to call 8 hours in advanced. They call me back saying the prescription is ready, I purposely dont go in for another two hours to find out that my prescription is not covered. waste of my time I will be taking my prescriptions to the rite aid down TV hwy. (who btw, are very kind and always helpful)

Im a single mom to a 3, 7, 14 year old. My husband died a little over 3 months ago. Ive been taking extra shifts at the hospital sometimes from 11am-11pm the. Turning around and going back at 11am. I had a broken tooth and it was so painful. My first desperately needed some household items so I walked to the 24 hour right aid. At first it was fine the younger girls are nice. I was looking thru the vitamins because my kids needed more gimmi vites. I happened notice the suppliments for stress and to help relax and sleep. Thats when I noticed the security guard circling us. I didnt think much of it until hes circled like 100 times. I was panicked looking for my wallet. I drug everything out until I found it. Good news right? Well just as I was shoving my gloves and hat back in my purse I heard a hey you shouted from the front! I froze in embarrassment. The security guard was barreling towards me.

I had dropped off a prescription for refill on June 30. Then I didnt hear anything for a long time and went to check at the pharmacy on July 7 Friday. I was told, very curtly, that the refill request had not been responded to. I asked when it was sent, and the lady told me that it was sent likely on the same day as I had dropped it off. So I left a voicemail for my doctor and went on a trip. I am currently in New York and when I called this pharmacy to see what is happening, I found out that the refill request had never been faxed. I was then offered to come in and they would make it right but I am out of state. I was going to ask how long I have been out of my medication and that there is nothing that they can do. If I have serious side effects from this, this pharmacy is to blame.

Absolutely horrible and slow service. I would never recommend this pharmacy to any person. Not only did they take forever with my medication, they treated me with disrespect when I asked to confirm if they had received the prescription from the doctor. These people need to realize that they are dealing with peoples health and wellness and act accordingly. The pharmacists here need some training on customer service, as they have none whatsoever. I am not one of those people to leave a bad review anywhere because of the impact they can sometimes have but this experience was so awful I had to do so. Never ever go to this pharmacy. It is an absolute nightmare.

In more than one case Ive been given the complete wrong prescription. I will bring in a prescription and end up having to wait in store to get it filled for 3 hours, and this has happened many times. They are also very rude, and uncaring. They will let someone stand at the counter waiting ,and they will just sit there and do paper work, or chit chat with each other and just let you stand there waiting until they feel like getting around to you. Horrible. I go there because its the only right aid within easy travel distance and Im disabled, but Im serious considered going miles and miles out of my way to avoid this terrible store.

Hands down the worst pharmacy Ive ever gone through. Prescriptions are NEVER done on time and the customer service is terrible. Extremely rude employees with zero customer service skills. We kept using this pharmacy for the convenient location, but I will be picking up my last prescription today (that should have been ready TWICE yesterday, but after my husband tried to pick it up 4 hours after it should have been ready in the first place and was still going to take 45 MINUTES!!! WHAT?!) and never going back. Very disappointed in every experience Ive had with this Rite Aid, if I could give it less than one star I would!

I have put up with their bad service for years. This morning I took my prescriptions back after 45mins and this was at 4am. John had not even started. Out of one drug. Should have called me to the pharmacy. Zak is the manager. He is not doing his job. There are so many training issues. Worse pharmacy dont go. Boycott dont give this store any business. I am going to Walgreens. I would not have given them even 1 star.. I have called the manager several times. Ha ha yes that is the sound of me laughing. I will never go back again.

I just switched to Rite-Aid from Walgreens... I was always dissatisfied with the service at Walgreens & since the switch Ive been very pleased. I really like the store set up better, theres always great deals. As far as the pharmacy theyre always nice - a little later in the day they do get busy but they are quick and have never lacked customer service skills. I also appreciate when they let me know over the speaker that my order is ready. It saves me some time (and money from the impulse shopping).
