I have been going Discount tire stores for years with nothing but the best experiences. They seemed willing to bend over backwards to make my experience smooth, easy, and affordable. I recently moved and had to change stores. The experience with the mitner bridge store can classified one of two ways. 1. The entire store including it manager are un-capable of doing their job 2. The are misogynists that like to overcharge women I have had a tire repaired there (nail hole), it now hums when i drive over 45. I had my wife call for a quote on replacing all the tires, they tried to sell her the lowest rated tires on their website as equivalents to what we had (Continental DWS), for more money then the website quoted. a call back and the price changed again. another call the tire type changed to Continental DW, for the correct price, but they had to be ordered. I receive another call days later (website says 48 hours) and that tire is discontinued and now they want to sell my wife one of the most expensive tires at more than the website quote again. No, thanks like I said I said. Every other Discount tire has been wonderful. Good luck with this place. Im a Les Schwab guy now.

Just like a couple friends told me.....the BEST!! The staff at the Minter Bridge store in Hillsboro Oregon will get my tire and wheel business from here on out !! They treated my wife and I like friends from the get go. The 315/70/17 Duratracs on my F150 are simply amazing. Fast, Friendly, professional and knowledgeable....what more could you ask for. These guys are AWESOME. I went in looking for some cheap, used tires because I had 3 very bald one and my spare. Unfortunately, they didnt have any used tires in my size and I really couldnt afford 4 new ones. Chris and Art went above and beyond to make sure that I left there with 4 new tires because they knew it really wasnt safe for me to drive on the ones I had. Thank you Chris and Art, I will be telling all of my friends and family to go here.

I sent my mother to them because she has a slow leak in the tire. The tires were at 4/32. They told her they could not even remove the tires from the car to check for leaks, claiming liability, They tried to sell her all new tires. I own a auto repair shop and Ive never heard of any liability issue with taking a tire off the car to check for leaks. It was just a scam to sell new tires when not needed, will never recommend them again.

Would come back here every single time I need tires for all my cars, good staff, great prices.... I never leave reviews, but today I went in and my tires had worn down to nothing with 20K left on the warranty and they gave me credit of $60/tire on tires I paid $64/tire !! They were quick and gave me a discount on the tires repair warranty just to keep me happy.... You will be glad you came here!!!

They treat you like a customer should be treated. Prompt, and straight to the point. They did not try to up-sale me some crazy tire or rims like Les Schwab has done to me in the past. They are a little more pricey, but for the quality of work and the customer service, its worth it. I come out having been seen and tires on the car in less than an hour. Will buy from here many times.

I have had my vehicle in here three times to repair a simple leaking tire.. all three times i waited more than an hour for the repair.. and to make it worse my tire was never repaired properly and continues to leak.. you are a tire shop this is what you do.. i am not recommending this shop to anyone.. in fact i will pay more for tires and go to Les Schwab...

Friendly staff and very helpful......I wanted to dispose of old tires around my home and it was only $2.50 per tire. The govt ran landfill in hillsboro wanted $8 per tire. What a sham!! Im happy I went to Discount Tire. Ive heard great things about them and they also fixed a trailer tire for me and didnt over charge.

The prices here are better than at Costco or Les Schwab. I was able to set up an appointment online and they had everything ready to go when I pulled up. The install was quick (less than 30 min wait). The staff was very friendly and double checked my special requests with me before I left. Really grade A service.
