I came this morning with my kids and my sons therapist. My son has severe autism and was having a behavioral episode while we were walking to the front of the store. When we arrived to the cash register the associate said "Im not even open.." with a snarky tone of voice, so we had move to the one lane that was open behind a customer that had a cart over flowing with items. My sons therapist asked the next associate that came behind the counter if she can help us check out because he is overwhelmed and we need to leave quickly; she said "no I just clocked on, maybe I can find someone else." In the next few minutes I saw 2 more associates come and leave the area. All the while my son is very obviously agitated and struggling. Just as we were about to abandon the cart and leave, the first associate that refused to accommodate us said "ok come over here, Ill help you now." Terrible customer service, and I am not an overly sensitive person that gets offended easily. I wont be shopping here again unfortunately.

I frequent this Big Lots so often that before long I expect Ill know the entire staff. Great products laud out logically in a place thats completely ADA accessible and cozy.

There are certain things I like to buy here...bedding, towels and baby food specifically. You have to know your prices though to make it worthwhile
