I do not recommend this Fred Meyer due to their uncaring approach to customer service. We shop at this Fred Meyer every week and build up quite a collection of bottles and cans that we have to pay a deposit on. Trying to return those bottles and cans has gotten to be quite a nightmare because typically only 1 or 2 of the 4 machines are working so there is always a line-up. Last time we were there 1 machine was working. One person was using the machine, a second person was waiting, and we were # 3 in line. An employee came out and said they were waiting for the machines to be fixed and management would not invest in new machines. This employee counted the cans of the 2nd person in line, opened a machine, dumped in the cans, and generated a receipt for that customer. We asked him to do the same for us and he said we had not waited long enough (it had only been 20 minutes). I tried to complain two ways: I filled out a Fred Meyer survey where I gave very specific details along with my phone number and email, checking the "do you want to be contacted" box. I also got on the Kroger (parent company) website and filled out a "contact us" form. I did get a response from Kroger saying only that they had forwarded my comments to the store director. Its been 13 days now and I havent heard from anyone at Fred Meyer.

Spent 120$ at the cornelius pass store, one of our bags didnt make it into the cart. Once we got home and realized we were missing half our items we called and customer service directed us to go into our home store in cornelius and have them call and verify that we could get our items replaced at that store. Apparantly not so. So at this point we are out 50$. A half a tank of gas and an entire day wasted and still need the things that we had purchased. Im not impressed. I fail to understand how stores can ship to each when items are out of stock and they want to sell something but arent able to provide the same courtesy to a customer that has already spent theyre money.

This isnt the biggest Fred Meyer in the world, so it doesnt have quite as much as some of the bigger ones like the one in Beaverton, but I do my weekly shopping here and Im able to find just about everything at good prices here (with store coupons). The only thing that I regularly still make a separate trip to Costco for is meat; its just too expensive at Freddies, but thats true of all Fred Meyer locations not just this one. My young son likes the Playland here and the staff are all friendly. I have no reservations in recommending this location, unless you need a specialty item or want a bigger selection of apparel that this store just isnt big enough for.

I shop at this location pretty often. Many times they have better clearance deals than some of the larger Fred Meyer locations in Hillsboro. They also have wonderful customer service. I bought a supplement that appeared to be on closeout for a 3rd of the normal price. I misread the sale tag but they still gave me the lower price, a 22 dollar difference without me even asking as I was just going to return it(did not notice the price difference until I got home and looked at the receipt). That is impressive.

Fred Meyer is my familys "go to" store for most things we need. The store opens early, stays open late. I can get my gas, do my banking, shop for family and pets, home, yard then I get rewards points and rebates. I know this sounds like a commercial but we really do like shopping at Freddies over any other store. The prices, quality, and a good selection of many items make good sense to us. We spend 10-12 thousand a year at this store. Upon returning home and realizing the gift card I just bought was not included in my bags, I returned immediately with my receipt to rectify the situation. Rather than making it right they told me I was out the 50 dollars despite the receipt and no proof I even received the card in my bags. Pathetic.... I hope the 50 bucks was worth the 10 thousand I used to spend there a year.

The one stars is for the lingerie dept, I have tried to shop that department several times, and at different times of the year. No one asks if they can help you, you see 2-4 people folding stuff and to busy with their gossip to bother with customer service. I take my money elsewhere, for those items. All other departments get a five star, especially the Customer Service Counter.

This Fred Meyer is LEGIT We all know Fred Meyer is slightly more expensive generally than most other stores, yes, but often, there are little sales, and deals, that just make it worth it. They have a great Electronics department, where the workers are always attentive, and friendly, and willing to help, and the deals in there are unmatched! I luv it.

I love Fred Meyer, they are my go to store when I need something even out of the ordinary. They almost always have what I am looking for at a good quality and reasonable price. It is so nicely organized, neat, clean, and bright. It makes it a pleasurable and relaxing experience. I rarely have to wait in a little nag line either.

I shop here from time to time and its ok, nothing spectacular. Customer service is a hit and miss, sometimes they are friendly and other days you can tell they wish they were somewhere else. Products are usually quite well stocked. Wish they had more locally made brands for bread and bagels.

Great place for groceries, and other stuff too. We do our weekly food shopping here and occasionally stop in for the odd thing. Has a great selection. Love the fresh produce, always is great quality and fresh. Bakery has tasty treats. Prices are good and staff is always friendly.

Store is good, usually a good selection of discounted last chance items and fresh bakery goods. Be in right away when the ads switch if you plan to buy items that go on a good sale as they will disappear quickly from the shelves. Has a Chase branch/ATM inside the store also.

I have been there a ton and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great prices and a great selection of their inventory. The starbucks baristas are very friendly as well. I would definetly recommend going there if you need something and are near by.

I like the choices in the household dept. Alot of sales . I dont buy clothes here but have bought blankets that have lasted over 5 years as well as dishware . My son buys his cat litter here because he can buy a big bag for a reasonable price

They could offer better food options like the other Fred Meyers on Cornelius pass rd. Why dont they offer boars head meat at this one? And the health food section isnt as good either. I have to drive to the other Fred Meyers to get what I like

Small, dirty, slow and I saw three different customers with little dogs in carts that people put their groceries in. Staff was dressed sloppy and was painfully slow. Store should close down so the locals can go to Walmart where they belong.
