DO NOT BUY FEATHER EXTENSIONS HERE!!!!!!! I bought mine for $40, and the very next morning I curled them and two broke off. I called to see if I could get them mended or for a partial refund or exchange, the owner told me that she was not responsible for me breaking the feathers and she told me I was tying up her line and that she had more important things to take care of!! This is exactly what she said! I went into the store and talked to the owner again. I was very nice and told her I didnt think the problem had been resolved. She again said there is nothing that she was going to do for me,and that because I was the only one that complained to her that the feather breaking must have been my fault. She then told me that she was busy and quickly walked away from me. Waling away from a disgruntled customer is not the way to solve a problem, especially the owner of the business!! I talked to her daughter, and she was nicer but did not help me either. NO WHERE IN THE STORE DOES IT SAY THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NOT EVEN ON MY RECEIPT!! After a few minuets of being in the store all the workers went behind a wall that I could only hear what they were saying, but I could not see them. All the workers kept shouting rude and unprofessional explanations at me as to why they would not even speak to me about the issue. I finally told them that they could at least show to a little respect and come out from behind their wall. At this point they told me that I needed to leave the store immediately. I am livid at the way that I was treated, and I will not EVER be returning to this store!!!!! BEWARE THAT IF YOU RUN INTO A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT BOUGHT HERE YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED BUT INSTEAD TREATED HORRIBLY AND IGNORED.

My ex wife and I used to go there all the time for her beauty products need. The owners of the store and the staffs are genuinely kind and warm. They have variety of products with reasonable price. They would even place an order for your choice of product if they dont have it so that you could pick it up later. Right next door theres another beauty store called A-1. I went there only once to see if they have the product my ex wife usually bought... the staffs were extremely rude, and wouldnt even look to see if there are similar products. Yep, had a really bad experience. So dont go there! Go to Admiral Beauty and Barber supply! Excellent products, more choices, excellent people, and genuine customer service!

Many thanks to Kelly at admiral beauty suppy & wigs for all her help and patience; I have quite a collection of their wigs and it is wonderful to be able to "grab a hairdo" when I am rushed and off to a gig!... They have great selection and prices!...I get compliments on my "hairdo" and always take the opportunity to tell people about this shop!..great place!.. ...sandy/pianolady!
