The owner and staff have very little customer appreciation skills. Their hair care lines are scant at best. There is limited help in the wig department not like many other beauty supply stores which have dedicated staff for the wig department. AND which I find particularly irritating, where other stores charge $0.50 or nothing for wig caps theirs was $1.00. I am big on customer services and the fact that they over charge even if it is on fifty cents was enough to keep me from shopping there. I noticed that now the owner parks is vertically taking up prime customer parking. ANT TO TOP IT ALL OFF ---- Their client base is roughly 85% - 95% African American. Their staff is 0.005 percent African American. If they want my business their staff make-up will have to more closely match their client base.

Was in 3/11, the workers was standing around talking to eachother. Never offered help, then when I asked for help, it was like I was interrupting. I specifically asked what the price was because there were 2 different prices. Price was stated. I did a lil more shopping, I proceeded to the counter with my items. No hello, did you find everything ok, she just proceeded to ring. She charged me a higher price for a item. When I brought it to her attention she got agitated. The young lady that help me get the item told the price was wrong. But that wasnt good enough, her attitude, body language was HORRIBLE! Needless to say I decided not to buy anything out of there. And to top it off it was my birthday.

Customer service is good and the selection is okay but sometimes they dont have the answer to my questions because they dont know Alot about hair. So they are nice when they are helping you check out and pointing you to the spot where the product should be but they cant tell you the differences between using certain products or which one is better so you just have to do research yourself and just come to buy what you want.

This store is very clean and neat! However i will not be returning.The chinese lady is very rude,she followed me throughout the store i asked her for help and she didnt even know anything let alone NO ENGLISH! I go to pay for my items and there again is the lady at the register.How do you have a worker on the sales floor/register who cannot assist a customer? NEVER AGAIN!

The ladies at the front counter are always talking and ignoring customers after Ive asked multiple times for help. Extremely rude. Also the prices are much higher than normal beauty supply prices. Go to Supreme Beauty Supply on Aldine Mail Rt.
