This place is great!! I am chronically ill/disabled so I need a pharmacy where I feel comfortable visiting frequently, with reliable, polite pharmacists that I can trust. With the exception of one employee, ALL of staff are incredibly polite and genuinely kind. There are 2 people Ive actually called "comments" line about to *praise* their wonderful customer service skills, they were very helpful sorting out a complicated error with my insurance after it changed, staff at other locations wouldnt put forth so much effort. This place has been consistent, helpful and a life-saver after being screwed around by other pharmacies in this city. I took off one star for the one lone pharmacy employee who is incredibly rude, condescending and often accusatory for no reason, and because sometimes there are exceptionally long waits. Those are minor gripes compared to how good this place is, especially for someone who needs medication often to stay alive.

Very kind and courteous people working here, despite being busy seemingly all the time. A number of times Ive had issues on doctors end and theyve been quite helpful. Generally getting my notification text within an hour or so. AWESOME!

Pharmacy is typically understaffed. Sat at the drive through for 30 minutes and wasnt acknowledged. Otherwise, good. Sign up for in store savings.
