Oh my god such a relief that I found this pharmacy. I had a lot of problems filling my prescription at chain pharmacies. Its a medication that I cannot skip doses of, and many places I went to "didnt have it in stock" and I would be forced to call 20-30 places every month to find it, scared I was going to get sick. They also often told me my insurance "didnt cover pharmacy prescriptions" or that I didnt have a pre-authorization when I did. Every time I tried to explain this, I was turned away and even told a few times "I dont know what to tell you". I have also experienced a lot of discrimination because of the specific medication I am on, that I have to take for chronic pain. One time a pharmacy tech at a Walmart told me they had some in stock, only to have an angry pharmacist answer the phone and say "WERE ALL OUT" and hang up. I was beginning to think I would have to deal with this every month. I was suggested to try this place by a few friends. I went there and we ran into a difficulty in my insurance but instead of turning me away they helped me! Not only did they fill my prescription in less than an hour, treat me kindly and with respect when I got frustrated, they assisted me in figuring out a problem with my insurance that Ive had for years and never would have known without their help! They also accommodated my son who is 3 years old. They gave him a sucker and let him pick out a minion sticker, his favorite. This all may sound simple and silly but the way I was treated there almost made me cry because I was so thankful. Many times during these issues with the pharmacies I went to, I just wanted to at the very least be treated with respect, and didnt even get that. These people were more than that. They were kind, helpful, and understanding. They have made a lifelong customer out of me and Im a lot more at ease when it comes time for me to fill my prescriptions. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Found this sight and just wanted to say what a wonderful pharmacy Sunshine pharmacy is.Ken and Andrea have been my pharmacists since 2010 and I couldnt ask for better!! They have always gone above and beyond to help me with my needs as far as a pharmacy needs go.They contact my Dr.s, each and every one of them(3) monthly to get my refills in on time and even when I have been unable to get to them they delivered my medications right to my front door,with a kind and courteous delivery service.They have also caught medication discrepancies that the Dr. may have missed that would have caused bad reactions and called the Dr. to get it taken care of.They are a neighborhood pharmacy for a reason,they know your name,know your history,and truly care about the well being of you and your families needs.I will never use the large chain companies again>>They treat everyone on a personal basis taking as much time as you need,they dont just say here ya go bye..You are treated like family!!!

To be honest the world needs more businesses such as this place. I never would have thought I would take time out of my day to review anything but as I sit here waiting for my refills after so many months Ive been getting meds, they CARE for their patients. They see us not as money, but as PEOPLE to treat as patients. They treat you like human beings and understand you (showing empathy), unlike any other place out there to date in which there is no interaction between patient and provider in the pharmacy realm unless you have to be consulted for a first use/and or HIPPA signature. (Credibility on my end is I am a CPhT, EMT-B, and have a B.S. from UofM - therefor Im not just kissing any rear ends here - I know quality when I see it) Quality people. Quality location. Quality service. Quality care.

I also experienced a problem here, also due to the relationship between the pharmacist and doctor. However, once I realised that every single month for more than a year & a half they had been charging me 3-4 times as much as Walgreens and CVS for the exact same prescription, I didnt mind finding another (reasonable) pharmacy to give my hard earned money to. Taking advantage of those who actually pay out of pocket for their medications or tripling the price of the medication just because and while there is a national shortage of that specific medication should be illegal. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

Fantastic place!! They have always gone over and Beyond for me and have stayed open later for me to get my prescription filled!! Wouldnt dream of going any where else and I am happy to drive a little further to go to this Pharmacy!! Would recommend to everyone I know!!

After going to them for 4 years they decided they wont fill my prescription anymore because he doesnt like my doctor and they have personal issues going on so they take it out on a loyal customer! Inexcusable go somewhere else!!!

This is a GREAT place to get prescriptions filled. Their cash prices are MUCH lower than the other big chain-store pharmacies, and I feel like a valued customer because they address me by my first name when I come in.
