I work odd hours, hence the need for a 24 hour pharmacy. For whatver reason, the overnight staff are rude, condescending and have refused filling my 2 prescriptions that are scheduled. The first time I was refused was because I had not filled at this location before. Well it was because I used to get all my refills at 24hr Walgreens on CinDay/Tylersville. That location changed to non 24 hour so, this CVS was the next nearest 24 hour store. I have CVS Caremark Pharmacy Insurance and I had filled at other CVS so I had a profile. I was irritated with the whole experience, so Ill just drive to Middletown and go to Walgreens there. So, a few months had gone by and I thought I would try again...I give scripts, my insurance card, my ID, and I ask if I can pick it up later in the morning. The guy looked at me and recognized me and chastised me, reminding me that he wIll not fill any prescriptions for me and that he has every right to refuse service. I still am utterly confused. Since then Ive filled these scripts at that CVS during 1 or 2nd shift. Ive also drove to another 24 HR CVS at 3am and they filled all my scripts. This store, specifically the overnight crew, should be avoided at all costs. CVS mgt needs to step on and get this store up to par.

Went in for a late night nausea prescription. They are nearby and 24 hours. The pharmacists was nice and very helpful with some incidental items I was going to purchase with my prescription. But their computer system was down and wanted to charge me full price for a prescription my insurance pays 100% for. They wanted me to buy it now full price, over $100! and then come back tomorrow for a refund. I will have to wait to get my prescription filled but I GUARANTEE IT WILL NOT BE FROM CVS!

Slowest pharmacy ever. Doesnt matter what time of day or day of the week. They are absolutely terrible. Id give this store 0 stars if it let me. Ive been served by no less than 20 other cvs pharmacies without this issue. And to make things worse, their over night pharmacist is one of the rudest Ive had the displeasure of meeting. Always bull crap excuses about why this or that is consistently bad.

We have never had as much trouble getting prescriptions filled as we have had at this pharmacy!!! Even after we correct them on the medication they still fill ours wrong and say that they will correct it in their computer system and still fail to get it right!!! We are done with pharmacy as of today!!!!!

They gave the WRONG DRUG and it was taken for a month before we realized that its the incorrect drug. For a pharmacy this is not acceptable when this is your field of expertise and indirectly responsible for a human beings health..I am worried more on the long terms effect...

Visited their Minute Clinic on the weekend for poison ivy. Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable. She prescribed steroids on the spot.
