The pharmacy staff SUCKS. I dropped off two Rx at 2pm. The lady at the window asked when I wanted to pick them up, and I said later this afternoon, which I know is vague. She said no problem, we will fill these! 5 hours later my bf goes and picks them up and they arent ready! Not only are they not ready but the girl the counter cannot tell him when they would be ready. Then he waited 45 minutes, asked again, the status, and the girl says oh the pharmacist needs to look over the script so soon. My boyfriend then says you told me that 45 minutes ago. The fact that Ive been at home for 5 days yeah I want something to make me feel better and I shouldnt have to wait over 5 hours to get it. The customer service there sucks and no one knows whats going on. Do not go to the CVS Pharmacy because clearly the pharmacist and the aids have no idea what theyre doing or how to handle her talk to people.

pharmacy was horrible! waited over 19 min just for one car to go through drive thru window. Finally went inside to complain and I did not get so much as a Sorry or apology. I suggested if that person needs to wait to have them pull off and to process other customers. They said they could not do that. I then said they should have asked the customer to come back or wait inside. There was a line of nine cars and 4 pulled away mad as could be. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Dont think of using the drive up window during the day. In fact I would avoid this pharmacy all together!
