Terrible. Matthew Phillips at this store is the worst rep I have ever met. I am going through so much trouble all because of this person. I told him I wanted a 2gb plan with monthly payments on my phone. I paid 130 dollars down on my phone and when everything printed out it said LEASE! I wish I knew this was a THIRD party store. He treated me like a dumb girl. Just like another review said. Not to mention he huffed when I told him what I wanted and rushed me out of the store multiple times. He canceled my service after waiting 3 days to recieve a phone with a plan I NEVER wanted and had to go back to the store a total of three times. Mathew lied to me and said he changed my service from lease to monthly payments and could not provide me with a reciept, when I insisted further, he told me to go to another store. Kept insisting I got my receipt, yeah, for the LEASE on the phone. Thanks for nothing. What a liar. Now my account was canceled and renewed AGAIN and I have to wait for the return kit as well as for it to get back to the warehouse before I get MY money back. And I cant even get a phone. I am waiting for someone to call me back about this mess. Do not go to this store. It is third party. And the sales rep is terrible. Im super pissed and frustrated and my time has been wasted talking to him, customer service. Hours, days of my time on my days off. Wow. If I dont get this matter taken care of I am going to be added to my boyfriends tmobile on a second line. Corporate on Pearl Rd was so nice and helpful and PROFESSIONAL.

my first experience at that store was exciting. they have no idea what they are doing. first i have to say that they will do anything to sell you a phone with fake promises. i got the iphone6 on the day it was released. sprint was having a promotion at the time for new customers. the promotion was that if you canceled your old phone contract, sprint will pay for your termination fee for you. i got a plan that they said is part of the promotion. later i found out that it wasnt true. the promotion was real but not what they have told me. then the manager of the store apologized to me after admitting her mistake. since she was the person who sold me the phone, i figured she would do everything in her powers to fix it. it has been months that it was finally fixed but not by them. the manager of that store failed to keep her promise,which was that she was going to make sure that my termination fee was paid for even though i wasnt qualified for it. i just got of the phone with the customer service and they fixed the problem for me. i will be receiving the money that i was promised. both the manager and district manager failed to fix my issue after promising me that it would be fixed in about two weeks after i had told them about my problem. second, theyre is only one employee in that store that actually knows what he is doing. the rest one them like the mess around . p.s. i promised the district manager a bad review(followed by a call from a sprint supervisor to remind him what a bad job he is doing) if my issue wasnt fixed on time.

I stopped in to get a phone activated, which should be a 5-10 minute process. I arrived at 11am, right when they opened, and the manager greeted me (I wish I would have gotten his name). He asked what I needed help with and with and I said a phone activation. Immediately, he told me I needed to go to the Parma store because it is a corporate store and this one is not. I said to activate a phone? And he said yes because "their servers were too busy" and would be for the next hour. I was upset and left because I knew he could do it and apparently didnt want to take the time. They have activated phones for us in the past. My husband got home around 3pm and we went there again to see if they could help. He spoke with the same manager. There were other people in the store, and was told it would be about a 10 minute wait. Not even 2 minutes later, he told us instead of waiting we needed to go to the Parma location. He did not take any information from us or even look at the phone. He was extremely rude and as my husband tried to explain that we only needed a phone activated the manager repeatedly, probably 10 times, yelled "Youre welcome, have a good day!" at us until we left the store. He had no desire to even try to help us. Worst customer service I have ever had and we will not be back to that location. It was embarrassing and honestly made us want to drop Sprint service completely.

The manager at this location, Jeff, is the most disrespectful, incompetent and pathetic excuse for a manager I have ever seen. I am not one to complain or write reviews, but his behavior that I encountered today was inexcusable. He refused to talk to us about an issue we had with the buy back program, slammed the door in our faces, and the proceeded to yell at an associate in front of us, and several other customers. The other associates at this location were helpful and accommodating, but the manager is a joke. I will tell anyone to choose a different location, especially if you have an issue, because it will not be resolved by the manager at all.

I have frequented this location for various purposes. Lizz is always friendly helpful and knowledgeable and she always makes my visit there amazing. With that being said. Everytime I am in Jeff is not only rude or short, but he acts like everything is a giant inconvenience. Due to how he talks to his staff, and customers in the store I would rather drive out of my way to a location where he is not. How someone with that temperament t and lack of customer service abilities is the manager of a store is beyond me.

The store has been amazing very helpful the managers Jeff and Liz have been very helpful nice friendly and easy to talk to. The reps madis and Matthew have been the best 2 salesmen I have ever worked with. They take their time explained everything and made sure I knew all the promotions that worked best for me and were very helpful with any problems that I may have. If you live in the area come to this store everyone here is truly amazing especially the rep Matthew he is awesome

I went in with a problem with my phone, hoping they could fix it or at least help. Instead associate behind the counter commented that the phone was old (galaxy SII), lots of people have problems with it, he then tried to sell me a new phone and a new plan. Never once addressing my original problem with the phone. In all, a complete waste of time. Thank you for nothing.

Totally unprofessional. All of them. When I arrived, one of the consultants was slumped over in the chair by the door half asleep. He and the other consultant were more concerned with discussing their plans to close the store early to go to the movies than making sure my new phone was ordered. Been stuck without a phone for over a week because of their carelessness.
