Just had the worst drive thru experience with this location. I frequent this location on a daily basis and they always give a fantastic experience except for today. I give my order and the employee working the drive thru cant get my first item correct and it was if she never heard of it before. Then we managed to get it finished but at the window she did not have the order all together to give it to me. Out of four items I get handed three and then she tells me "Have a good one". I say no its not complete what about this item. It took a minute or two to receive the last item and its just handed to me and no apology . Just hands it and closes the window.

They put WAY TOO MUCH ice in the iced drinks. If you pay for a venti iced anything youre getting a grande. They also have a 1/2 shot button on the register that they dont use. Also, if you get 2 pumps of a flavor and then 3 of another thats only ONE shot in a venti, yet they will charge you for two. Ive overpaid here many, many times. At other Starbucks locations my drinks are cheaper and made better.

Im a Gold member and visited this store for quite some time however now all I see is Rude staff. For some reason they have a problem with making customers coffee and being polite when informing them when its their closing time. For $6 dollar per cup you may find better value for your money and better service at the nearby Dunkin Donuts!

The only Starbucks Ive been to that wont let you start out with an iced coffee and then get passion tea as your refill without paying for it as a new drink. Peculiar. Other than that, nice seating, great for studying, good ambiance for reading a book, or a good third place if youre looking to get focused and grind out some serious work.

Yesterday I purchased a grande coffee (Pike) with sweet cream. I dont what they did to it but it was DISGUSTING! It had some sort of slimey glob in it. I unfortunately took a sip and this glob was in my mouth--I spit it out, taste was nasty. Did I mentioned it was a nasty slime glob?!

I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and regular sugar with a pump of caramel. It had no sugar no caramel and light cream. When I took it in to see if they could add more they gave me an attitude. Its the 2nd time this has happened in the past week.

This location is hit or miss. I used to go here all of the time, and see the same baristas. Now I never seem to see the same person twice, and that reflects in the drink quality. Ill stop if Im passing, but I wouldnt go out of my way to this location.

This is by far the worst Starbucks Ive been to. I live super close to it but refuse to go there because the service is awful, the coffee doesnt taste right at all, and the place always looks dirty when I go in.
