jeff was my sales rep. he was very rude and disrectful worst service ever made me feel unwelcome an not helpful at all he didnt transfer my contacts or tell me about sprints ready now program when i got a text message from sprint this was the only time i was aware they had a program that all sprint stores follow an jeff did not infrom me of this that they would transfer my contacts steup myemail an show me about the phone worst service ever will never return to the store also he was very unprofessinal he shirt was untucked very sloppy didnt look presentable

They were absolutely rude and short with me. I dont remember the managers name but it was a woman. She first of all did little to help with my problem and even suggested I just buy a new phone on eBay. And then she gave me the wrong total for how much I owed on my broken phone. I came in a half hour before closing and I get how annoying that is, having worked in retail myself, but still...take care of your customers. Ill never return to this store ever. Extremely rude and I wouldnt be surprised if it closes down.

The Customer Service people at this Corporate-owned Sprint store only provide excuses, but dont seem to be able to provide any solutions or services. Ive been a Sprint customer since 1998 and have had very good experiences with the toll-free customer service personnel. This store doesnt seem capable of providing any meaningful help. This is the first time I have had to deal with such poor C.S. at Sprint.

I would give 0 stars if this was an option. Went there two times and both times the people there werent willing to help. Awful customer service. The first time was regarding phone repair and they wouldnt tell me where their location was for repair. The 2nd time I went in to upgrade and they couldnt give me a price, but I was told by the sprint customer care twice that they would be able to do so.

Worst customer service!! Then salesman Justin had no knowledge of product and told me my phone was just battling updates and it would work itself out. Well I made him take it to the tech support people and they said my phone was broke and they ordered me a new one. DUH JUSTIN!! Then when I didnt want to add a 2nd phone line to my plan for my kid, he walked away from me. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Amazing place! Jon was a great help in deciding which phone I should get and the different plans that were available. I was a Verizon customer since they were Air Touch and decided I wanted to switch services. Jon was a great help in my decision

the staff here was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. I came in with a billing issue that was caused by another store and they helped me get it fixed. it was refreshing to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about
