Went to ship a laptop in the EXACT same packaging it was shipped to me in by the manufacturer. The woman at the counter asked "do you mind if I open it to make sure it is packed properly". I thought it was a nice courtesy and said yes. She then proceeded to tell me it was not packed properly (even though it came from the manufacturer). She said she has a $26 option or a $3.99 option - but "technically I should not allow the $3.99 option". I took my package and went to UPS and had no problems. I am not sure if it was the person, the location, or FedEx policy, but I am annoyed with the "hard upsell" they tried. I will ship using other companies going forward.

the cost and process was great but the customer service experience was horrible. The woman at the counter was rude and showed no patience or desire in helping me figure out the most economic way to ship my package. Not once did she smile or even act like she enjoyed working with the public. I left there feeling that I had been a thorn in someones side. not very happy at all
