Disappointing experience as this location would not accept my packages that needed to be sent. Their reason was "because the mailman didnt want to pick up big packages." I have previously dropped of the same packages. No sign in the door said we couldnt drop of our USPS packages there. There was no clear explanation received, and per store policy, my packages are allowed to be dropped off there. The employees were not helpful in this situation, gave excuses, and did not give a post office location when asked. I will not visit again.

1 star is too much. I had a package to pick up from this store and they couldnt find it. They told me it maybe would be there on Monday. The guy who worked there was completely helpless, never said sorry, nor did he offer to track the package to assure me that it would definitely be delivered in a matter of time. Unfortunately this has not been my only bad experience with this store. I wont be back.

I wish I can give 0. this is worst UPS Store and team dont want to work. I need to return some packages for amazon and they suppose to come at my home. But they didnt came and updated status for failure attempt. Driver said he was unable to find address , but the interesting thing is that, the same driver delivered same packages. They makes people fool.........

to the dummy that said he should have used his instinct to go to fedex, go no one cares!!! and when you go to fedex you will complain there then you are gonna type" oh i should use DHL", when you use DHL and dont get your way, you will go to rps (oh wait they are no longer in business) then i guess your screwed!

I have had a PO box there for several years and the owners/employees are always willing to call when I have a package or mail has accumulated. A good, local source for the small businessperson.

The worst service, paid money for faster service, they took money, but never delivered on time, what a mess. Should have went with my instincts of fedex!
