I was on vacation on 6/29/09. My axle went out on my subaru baja. There was a festival going on and these nice people where still at work while the whole town was celebrating. The had the part that I needed. Now 6 months later my life time part became defective. I .paid with my credit card. I spoke to a gentleman from the company who was making great attempts to help me. When he wasnt able I ended up talking to someone with a bad accent and he told me to talk to my local Advance Auto which I did. Well it comes to be that the purchase that I made at Newton Falls Ohio doesnt exist. which is odd since I have the bank statement saying that I did but they have no record. The nice people in uniontown Pa. checked for me and said if I can have the people in newton falls ohio give me the information about me purchasing said part that they would be able to help me. But the store in Newton Falls say they have no knowledge, which is strange since they took the money out of my account for the part. I want an answer please.

Nothing super distinct about this store comes to mind outside of a large parking lot. Average staff, average upkeep, average stock. Its what you would expect from an Advance Auto Parts Store.

Very friendly staff, open late. Will deliver to your door. Reasonably priced. If they dont have what you need there, they can usually get it there no later than the next day.

Sometimes the people are nice but mostly theyre just rude and look at you like youre stupid.
