I ordered a new caliber for my car and I was told it would be in the next day. Which would have been today 4-2-16. Someone went to pick up the part only to find out that it was ordered out of Columbus by mistake and the part would not be in until Tuesday 4-5-16. No one ever called to give me heads up about the mistake. Now my car is parked for another three days waiting to get fixed. Poor customer service with no apology. Never will I use this store again.
