On edit... I finally had a chance to stop by there and explain the issue that I posted below. The manager refunded the total for the incorrect oil and gave me enough oil and a filter for an oil change. Because of the way he handled this situation, I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. I stand by my assertion that it should have never happened and was a fairly big inconvenience. See original post below... On March 7th my wife stopped at this store because it was convenient to purchase 3 qts of regular 30 weight motor oil, she even took in an old bottle with her. She didnt see what she needed on display but someone offered to help her. She showed him the bottle and he got her 3 bottles of 30W mineral oil and told her that it was the same as what she had, just a different brand. She put 1 qt into our vehicle because it was low and brought the rest home and put them in my workbench. Yesterday I happened to notice the odd bottles and asked her about them, when she explained, I changed the oil in that car and now am hoping that there was no permanent damage. It is understandable for an employee not to know something, but it it is inexcusable for them not to realize when they dont know something that they should find another employee that does. Giving a customer bad advice or the wrong product to use could at the very least be expensive, and in some cases dangerous. Not matter how convenient it is, we will never shop at an auto zone again.

After purchasing a power steering pump from this place, not only did I need to return and replace(warranty) this part but I had to do this 3 times. Employees are friendly yet the manager is never available. The same can be said about the district manager. Ive gone out of pocket over $400 in Mechanic fees. Never do business with them unless you have no need for your hard earned money. Never again!!!!

Pretty normal for autozone. Grouchy employees and stand in line for 20 minutes. This is the closest store to me and every time I go in Im reminded that I dont like it. The guy with the beard that works there is stocking shelves and cussing a customer that just walked away. I can clearly hear him.

This place pisses me off when it comes to their car parts, I had three calipers that were bad and not having a car to get there they dont have a service that helps you by delivering it to you. I will never shop here again for car parts.

I went to the AutoZone on U.S. 1 in Titusville today and a man named David was very helpful to me. He took the time to look at my car and gave me very good suggestions for fixing my problem. I am very grateful to him.

I call a guy name Felix puts me on hold I wait 10 fing minutes and call back the same Felix answers and put me on hold again another 10 minutes he really pissed me off
