We came in to redeem the warranty on an A.C. Delco battery and the man at the counter (Whos name is Josh) was rude to my aunt and told us he wouldnt redeem the warranty because we didnt have a receipt anymore all because he was too lazy to search for the serial number in the system. Furthermore, I will be taking all of my business to OReilly.

Very poor customer service. First they give me the wrong break line. I even brought the old one In. Second trip the worker so rude tells me go over there find it yourself. Next ask about the other part again it over there go find it. At that point I lost it asked him do i work here. Never again will I or will I ever send anyone to this store.

Ordered headlight for my dodge ram had it the next day , they made sure it fit ,more of a mechanics store than an auto zone .good job guys ill be back for sure
