This is the second time weve had them butcher a cow for us. We enjoy the fact that we can see the cut of meat when we choose which one to use for that meal because the meat is vacuum sealed for freshness. They are also very good to us, for example: My husband and I live in Cincinnati. We were going to barely make it to pick up our cow before they closed. We called them several times that day to update them on our situation. They stayed over to allow us enough time to get there. If they hadnt, we wouldve wasted a trip and wouldve had to try again on another day. They are very clean and professional. We will definitely be using them again. We would highly recommend them for anyone who wants clean, reliable service. Thank you ~Christy Cridlebaugh

Attempted to contact NUMEROUS times, left messages requesting a return call, no calls were returned....very unfortunate situation as they were suggested by referral, and had I known that they would not return any call I would have contacted the other shop in the area....lesson learned, sadly at a loss since my kids fair project went on the truck at market price at a huge loss. Held out trusting that we would surely merit the courtesy of a call so we could make other arrangements in time...I know that fair time is busy, and one lost customer is no big deal...but fair time doesnt last forever. Simply bad business. Beyond disappointed...guess staying with the tried and true would have been a way better choice.
