These people are amazing. I stopped in on Sunday and asked if they had a sausage I had while on vacation. Matt said he didnt have it but could make it. I stopped in today and he did indeed make it. He nailed it! Very happy with the linguica he made. Need something in the cured meats department? This is your place. Definitely will be back.

So excited to try this place. Bought 2 2lb ribeye steaks. $24 a pound. Our steaks were $103. At least 3/4 went in the trash, what was not full of gristle and fat did have good flavor. Could have bought equivalent at Meijer. Will never return! I will choose Sobie meats every time. Better price and quality meats.
