They tell you one thing their story changes, we went wanting to get a newer SUV we need 4 wheel drive and third row seating. They first showed us an SUV that had more miles than ours did and a fair punt of rust under the wheel wells. When we went back from the test drive she asked if I loved it, I said I am not even in like with it. We finally got to test drive one of the ones we wanted to only to be told we could only have it with one of us on the loan. They were very pushy and gained up on us. We told them we wanted to think about it. Today we texted them to find out what we needed to bring only to be told it to would only work the original way we wanted it. We returned to what we were lead to believe to pick up the vehickle we wanted, only to be told yet again it wouldnt work with that SUV they wanted to show us a van, then a Volvo. We came home with our SUV. I am a person who holds a grudge for a very long time and I would not send my worst enemy there. I would have liked to give zero stars but it will not allow that.

I would suggest if your looking to buy a use car do Not go here! The sales guys was nice and very helpful. To bad the "boss guy" is a sucky person. We bought one of the more pricey trucks on the lot. Came with a powertrain warranty and the said did an oil change and that there was no problems with it. We came home with the truck to drive it for about 3 week and ended up having it towed out of my drive way with 30 day tags on it. Called the place up and long story short was told it wasnt their problem and the warrenty will not cover it. The check engine light can on and was flashing. Last time I check that has to do with the engine. (Power train) right..... 700 dollar a later Im going to pick up the truck today. Havent even made the fist payment yet! Do not I repeat do not buy from these crooks!!!!! They are doing nothing but giving Hatfield a bad name.

"Deceptions of the senses are the truths of perception." - Johannes Purkije I am not sure I trust this place. I liked their old Facebook page with 19 likes on it. Then they created a new Facebook page last week which had 22 likes on it. Then on December 12, they took down the old page and merged the likes with the Hatfield Used Cars new Facebook page. 22 likes + 19 likes= 41 likes. Considering that many of the likes were from the same people, I think this is cheating on the Facebook likes on a business page. If they are deceptive on the number of facebook likes, then what else is not as it appears? Just a thought for potential customers. Be careful with this place. Research the car and know the price you want to pay. Expect anything. You might even see Mick Jagger running around. But that is another story.....

Buyers beware, Hatfield Used Car Center in Columbus Ohio are cold blooded hustlers, unbelievably disrespectful, and have absolutely no shame selling you cars / trucks with major issues. PLEASE have a mechanic inspect any vehicle you purchase BEFORE you sign any paperwork. They will claim your vehicle has been inspected by their mechanic, but their mechanic is either intentionally unqualified or just aiding in Hatfield Used Cars evil efforts. I gave these guys every chance in the world to make my nightmare truck purchase one that would not warrant a bad review, but here we are. You can find my purchase story on their Facebook page, or Im happy to best the details by request. 0 stars. After thousands of dollars in repairs just days after my purchase, I 100% would not recommend this dealership.

STAY AWAY! I would never purchase another car from them. I purchased a car, had nothing but issues with it stalling from the day I drove it off the lot, and was given the run around regarding a rental-as outlined in the warranty info Hatfield provided and assured me existed. Would not recommend...Keith Daniels seems to care less when you call him too and I found that the warranty is fraudulent (called several times and Hatfield never got back to me about the contract number to file a warranty claim). Stay away from here, if looking for a used car, go elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Hatfield Used Cars when we recently purchased an 07 Nissan Sentra from them. They were very professional, no sales gimmicks, and very efficient. They even negotiated a deal over the phone before we drove over 120 miles from Kentucky to look at the car. The salesperson took the time to call Nissan dealerships to get additional information on the cars warranty. We will definitely check with them again on our next used vehicle purchase.

If you like dealing with drunk salesman feel free to go try your luck. Went to look at a Ford F-350 and the salesman Todd, was so drunk he was holding him self up with the truck, leaning on it, trying to hold himself up, slurring his words. He smelled like he brushed his teeth with Jack Daniels. Incredibly unprofessional. I wont assume the rest of the staff acts this way, but because of Todd I will not be visiting this dealership again.

I have never in my life felt so lied to. I wanted zero down. Didnt get it. I wanted them to pay off my new tires on my trade in. They said that they could do it. Said he would write me a check for them. Gave me two different stories. But that didnt happen either. Said the first payment wont be due for 45 days. Ended up being 30. I did get a car that I love. But the experience sucked. I will never go here again to get a car.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! They will act like they want to help you , get you into a car then they say whatever is wrong with it for the first 30 days we will fix and the problem I have with my car is that a problem it had before I even drove it off the lot is still happening even after they took it to their "shop" and I finally got a quote of what it actually is and they wont fix it!! Again dont ever go here! This place is a joke!!

Just bought my wife a truck from Bud and Tony, couldnt ask for a better transaction. Wife and kids love the truck and they worked with us on the price... paid more than I initially wanted but feel that I still got a good bang for my buck. Thanks guys and will use hatfield again when I am shopping for my next vehicle.
