Very unprofessional went in on Monday told the salesman Tony my situation that my wife was in a bad accident her car was totaled and our credit was bad but we needed something higher up and that could fit a wheelchair he seemed disinterested at that point but took my info and then started to tell me if I was going to file bankruptcy they need to know bc they didnt want screwed huh? Or that I may have future garnisents huh? Bad credit is bad credit wth? He wanted my wifes info but I didnt have it so he blew me out of there and said you can go online and put it in so I did that nightcalled him the next day didnt hear back waited all day weds no call back so I called him and he gave me some bs about needing to be in a 4k $ car and he was a rory this and that he was only sorry bc I called him otherwise I wouldve never heard back Guaranteed in the spot financing? I dont think so I was putting down 1500 almost 5 years established residence good job time 2 years for me and 10 + years for my wife and we make fair money close to 100k together . I am going through hell iin my life with my wife laying in a rehab with 20 broken bones and children I went to north main bc my friend knew what I was going through and told.me theyd treat me right instead I was blown off and made to feel bad well even worse about our situation so buyer beware I guess if your a good looking single mom they take care of you but if your looking for real help with a car or compassion and integrity you wont find here

Me and my friend was just looking for a civic and all we wanted to do was look around at some of the cars and we usually see the same employee that comes out but this time when we were looking the same employee came out and literally told us to leave. I was so shocked because I thought this was a good dealership but I was wrong. I would figure that they want to talk about cars because we told them before that we loved cars. All we were doing was looking at the cars and going in them for just 5 minutes and we got told to leave. one of our visits before I looked at a Camaro and was thinking of buying it but when I asked the guy during our final visit he gave me harsh attitude about it when all I wanted to do was ask. This is BS I thought that they would love us being here because how much we used to come over there and look at cars. The employee even told us that the owner hated us coming there just to look around. So if the owner has so much of a problem with it why dont they lock their cars then ? After we were forced to leave we went to Honda Marysville and they were so much nicer and they loved is coming to their dealership. I loved going to north main but after what happened I am never going there again.

Buyers beware. Take the vehicle you want to buy somewhere to have a inspection done it will be worth the money. I paid more in service bills than car payments in the first 2 weeks. The ladies at the service department are very nice but of course Ive spent more time in the service department than driving my car. Ive owned the car a month and Its been in the shop for 2 weeks finally getting a motor put in. And make sure if you actually buy a vehicle you get the extended warranty youll need it. It doesnt cover much but at least its gonna cover the motor and then Ill have used the extended warranty up.I would not buy another vehicle from them again. They also dont do loaner vehicles so if something happens to your car like mine I hope you can find a cheap rental car dont go to enterprise that they recommend.

Was sold a van with no heat then was told its my fault for not checking to make sure the heater worked.. Its 90° out side I was more worried about the ac working at the moment.. I have 5 kids that ride in my van the youngest being 4 months old to 6 years old I was told I have to pay to have the heater fixed.. How messed up is that.. U sold me a van with no Heater and I have to pay to fix it.. And its going to be over 100$ when the part is only 20$ at auto zone.. Umm I think not..u guys are low down dirty and grimy.. Will never get another vehicle from u guys again.. Not to mention the Toyota Camry we got from u the transmission went out within a few hours.. The Honda Odyssey I got the check engine light came on a few days after I got it and not this with my grand caravan..

I talked to Ron a couple of times on the phone and he was not pushy at all, I stopped by unannounced a few nights ago and he was more than happy to help me on the spot. He acted as though he was expecting me and not once he gave me the impression that I had interrupted his evening in any way. He answered all my questions and provided me with more information, I felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle I was looking at the very next day. As a small business owner, I understand what it means to shop local and I try my best to shop local as often as I can if not always, and going to North Main Motors was the right call. A family owned business that pours back into the community is a business worth investing in. -Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

I like North Main. For the past 10 years Anytime we have needed a vehicle we have always turned to North Main. They are honest, friendly and they care about there customers. I bought my very first car a Honda civic that I loved. After starting a family I needed something bigger. I called Ron and he listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect fit for our family. Most recently we were looking for a work truck. We went to North Main and they hooked us up with an amazing truck that is perfect for our needs. They make buying a car an easy process. They care about there customers, they listen to what you say, and they are there to help. We wont go anywhere else to buy a car but, North Main. They go above and beyond for the customers.

Went in for a small maintenance and walked out with a new (to us) truck. We were just buying time until our car was fixed. My husband has had his eye on a truck for awhile and sure enough,he got one. Trey was so amazing. He couldnt have did a better job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and we couldnt have asked for a better man to get us what we needed.. I will keep going bk to North Main because I have not had a bad experience yet. And we r on car #4.

Took my car to them in great shape no dents everything working and in tip top shape to be pawned because of hard times. Went back to work went back to get my car and received it back with dent on the side of it and in the rear of it when ask what happened they told me it was not there fault and would not repair it. Also winshield was cracked along with other things. I would never do Buz with this place i hope they rott in Hell !!!!!
