We spent over a week looking for a car for our daughter, who is constantly on the road back and forth from work and too and fro from Wayne State during any given week. We needed a dependable car at a affordable price that stood up to our mechanics scrutiny. Feris at Bank Auto Sales helped us find a great car at a reasonable price, he even encouraged us to take it to our mechanic and have it looked over. I highly recommend Bank Auto for your used car needs and me, my wife and daughter would definitively recommend you see Feris Abdulah when you get there for a friendly non on guard used vehicle buying experience. The car I bought from bank auto is and has been in great condition since I purchased it in november. I was surprised I was able to qualify for financing since I have below avg credit, but bank auto helped match me with a bank that was willing to accept me as a loan customer. Without their help, I wouldnt have a car to go to work/school. also, this has been the worse winter weather ever, but the car they sold me hasnt givin me trouble at all in the freezing cold or snow. Thanks for your help bank auto sales, Ive already given your number to my uncle who will be calling soon for a car for his girlfriend

Well I went a little to far in the back because I was trying to see a price on a truck, I was yelled at by a kid with his hat on side ways looking like a gangster. Surprisingly he is the owner. So then i ask him if he has anything for under $1500 and he laughs at me. There are cars out there for full value that have dents dings bent wheels I test drove a black explorer that he wanted $7500 for and I have one 10 years older that runs better and drives like a Cadillac compared to that junk. He said "this one is top notch". This place is a joke.

I was in contact with him for a week in lived an HR away.. the day I was going to look at a 2007 Chevy truck he had I called frist before I drove an HR. An ask if the rockers on their truck had rust he said no that they were in like new shape. I get there and they had rusted so bad I could put my fist through one of the holes. He was not interested in making it right I told him he lied to me and wasted my day he cussed at me tried fighting me told me to get out of his f.. In.. Parking lot.. Hes very disrespectful and is a bad sales person

Spent a long day car shopping. Arrived here ready to give up, but could tell right away from the initial greeting that we were in the right place . Faris was quick to understand our budget and preferences. He went out of his way to make sure we were going to get what we wanted. Ended up with a great car at a great price. I dont know what drugs the last reviewer is on, but this business treated me like family when I was shopping for a car. The "kid" he refers to was very professional, truthful and very helpful. He negotiated a great price for the SUV I purchased. I got a very reliable work car for under $3000. I purchased this car 8 months ago, and havent had a problem yet. I take it that the last reviewer was just mad he lost his job...not nice to bash a business for your personal problems or mistakes.

Was in the market to buy a car last year and was approved but decided not to get it for personal reasons, but went back a year later and they remembered my name and we picked up right where we left off and ended up with the vehicle I wanted and they treat you with respect and like family. Will definitely be going back for my next vehicle.....

Horrible horrible horrible I bought a car from here 4 months later the engine blew and they wouldnt help me get my car towed to them and they did not fix my car and the warranty is a fake warranty because they only pay small amounts so Im left with almost 2000 left I have to pay for my car DoNot Get a Car From Bank Auto Sales

Terrible! It took them 9 months to fix my rear defrost problem after I bought a truck from them. Then i wrote a bad review they got mad I didnt take it down..when all along i couldnt take it..so they refused to do any work at all. I will never return and never recommend.
