I went there a week ago for a scale. The man that helped me was friendly and informative. I returned to be helped buy a jerk. I told him I knew nothing about vapors so he proceeds to walk to the other side of the store without telling me finally an older woman ( I assume owner) tells me where he is. Then when I explained again I knew nothing about them he proclaims with his attitude " Well I dont know what your looking for." For a DB like you thats just what I was looking for. Very poor customer service. I cant recommend this place to anyone and this guy could use classes in CS. Buh bye!

Money Makin Beats

Everybody is pretty cool in there... EXCEPT the older blonde lady... was rude for no reason.. i was buying tattoo needles and she didnt handle the needles with any type of care... its important not to damage NEEDLES THAT GO INTO PEOPLES SKIN... smh and her attitude made me feel like i was doing something wrong for spending my money there?!? Very unprofessional. Maybe she needs to GET on cloud 9??? But serious.... I wont ever spend my money there again!!!

I have been going to cloud none my entire adult life. They are super helpful awesome staff Cleveland n pedimont location rocks thanks for all your wonderful help very much appreciated as for the above bad review I think it just might have been the vibes you let off cuz they are great with customer service and by law if you intend to use for illegal purposes of course they cant tell you and have to walk away!!!!

Interesting. I read these reviews before I went in specifically because I am huge in customer service and honestly, I was looking for bad attitude. Now, granted, I did go at 7:00 pm so maybe its a different shift but the lady was extremely pleasant (brown hair and glasses). Maybe they read the reviews and are improving. She even said, be safe out there! That was kind and I appreciate that..

Used to love this place til today! They sold me a broken tattoo machine yesterday and refuse to replace it or refund my money. The thieves stole $50 from me! Avoid this place at all costs if you wanna keep your money! Im contacting the better business bureau next!

I was looking for a new Vape Pen. I was very happy with there selection. Customer Service was outstanding. Huge selection of Glass pipes. You name it. They carry it. Nice Clean Store. If you havent checked out Cloud Nine! You will love it!
