I am a first time customer and have visited twice in the last month. They have a large selection and the quality is great. Customer service does need work. Its confusing to place your order because you dont know where to start. There has been large crowds each time I go and you are not sure where to go to place your order. Today I stood by the lunch meat section to place an order and stood there 5 minutes. There were 6 employees working behind the counter and not one of them looked up. I finally asked if I was in the right place to place an order and a woman told me another person would help me. I asked how ordering worked because I wanted to get other items from the other side of the counter and he asked what I wanted. I told him. I ordered a couple other things, but he acted as if it was annoying to get other things I wanted. The girls working the cashier section were the same. No greeting and/or eye contact. Your employees need to make your customers feel more welcome. I know it gets busy and they are running, but I probably will think twice before going again.

We go every Saturday for their free gourmet sausage samples from noon to 4pm, then we go in and order a few of our favorites. Well often also get a pound of ground chuck and/or a couple of their $3 seasoned steaks. We have also now added a few sweets to our circuit. My husband and I usually share some peach rings, and Ive become partial to the Amish-made fry-pies. My favorite is the coconut. They offer an awesome variety of sausages. Its absolutely mind-boggling what they put into these things and how amazing they taste. You really should come to the samplings.

So many different choices of sausages! Flavors Ive never seen, and all of the ones Ive tried were great. Its almost hard to pick which ones to try next! If the cut of meat is not in the front cooler, ask, they almost always can cut it for you at that time. Call ahead if you have a large order, theyll have it ready when you get there.

Strip steaks were good at one time however, I tried them about a month ago and again today and the pepper garlic strip steaks were not very good. I gave them two chances, now Ill be taking by business elsewhere.

Ive been going to Gibbs for years. Weve never been disappointed. Their baby back ribs are the best around (and weve tried them from many different places). Their staff is also very helpful.

CRAZY AWESOME Cobb Salad. Its stuffed into a large plastic clamshell container. Literally stuffed. Im not a small guy, and I cannot eat this entire salad in 1 sitting. Amazing Value.
