This is an absolutely amazing butcher. I drive here from downtown where I work, only takes a few moments and I save big time. They run a flier with all kinds of super deals. If you buy 6 Steaks, (at least in January) they are 7.99 a pound. And I mean gorgeous marbled butcher cuts! (Ribeyes & Pothouses) They do a lot of great balk deals on good frozen stuff, but the fresh meat is where it is at. If you want to pay the absolute least to enjoy the absolute best meat go here! And they have literally every cut. Place is about 5-10 minutes from downtown. If you buy meat from WSM and would like to save a few dollars for equal quality, this is the place.
