These ladies are creative masters of local whole animal butchery and we are all lucky to be recipients of their craft! From fresh Orange Ginger Bratwurst to Guinea Hen Rillette and Smoked Tasso Ham their products range from unique and creative to classic cuts such as fresh pork chops....I dont eat meat regularly, so when I do, I make sure it is something that meets all of my ethical and quality standards - Saucisson fits this bill and far exceeds expectations in terms of creative and delicious ways to use every last bit of the animal. This is the way meat is supposed to be. Highly recommend. (P.s. everything is pretty much sold to go, but they do offer a different hot meaty dish every day like pulled pork tacos if you want to sit down and have something to eat.)

I just came down on opening day , unbelievable to see the support this crew has. Tasso ham was phenomenal. Cant wait to get home and try the rabbit stew. Cant say enough good things about this place. Make it a destination you have to visit for all of your foodie friends.
