Came in to get a necklace I had bought 3 months prior fixed (the fact that a $150 necklace broke after 3 months is ridiculous). Simple broken chain, would take less than a minute to fix at any other jewelry store. After waiting for 5 minutes to be assisted (there were at least 10 employees out on the sales floor and not a single other customer in the store - why it took more than 30 seconds to be assisted baffles me), I was told the necklace had to be shipped to New York and I would not get it back for another 2-3 weeks. In addition to this, I had to pay $6 for the parking and will need to pay for parking again to pick it up. I would have been better off taking the necklace to another store to get fixed for less than the price of the parking.

Wonderful, fantastic customer service. I stopped in today with a couple of rings I had received as gifts. One was the wrong size and another was a duplicate of something I already have. Not only did they gladly help me, but they went the extra mile with tracking down a hard to find item. While one of the items i wanted wasnt there in my size they kindly offered to have it shipped to my house from another store. They cleaned some of the jewelry I was wearing and were knowledgeable about older items (which I happened to be wearing)... always nice when someone recognizes and appreciates some of my older pieces. I would not hesitate to go back. This was my second trip to this particular store. Susanne was my rep and she was a delight.
