This store is amazing, for several reasons! My fiance and I went into Seng one day to educate ourselves on diamonds. We had been talking about the possibility of marriage someday and neither of us knew a thing about diamonds! The salesperson helping us was patient and friendly, letting me try on every style and explained with much knowledge, the positives and negatives of each cut. Seng and my fiance worked together to make a one-of-a-kind engagement ring for me and it was beautiful! I couldnt have asked for anything more. We ended up getting a necklace for me to wear in the wedding from there becasue of our wonderful experience! We have gone back to this store several times and each time we are astonished with their inventory, pieces you wouldnt be able to find anywhere else! This store has been around for a long time and it is a family owned business, which I think makes it more personable and inviting. Every person in that store made us feel welcome and we are very excited to have found a jeweler we trust and can count on forever! Thanks Seng for your beautiful work and kindness!

After visiting several other jewelry stores in the Louisville area my fiancee and I decided to look at Sengs even though our initial impressions were that they were very high end and it would be a short visit. Lee Davis greeted us and I felt for sure that he was going to say theres nothing in our price range (~$1k). After talking with him about our requirements, Mr. Davis said they could make virtually anything for us at almost any price point that we would need. WOW! After spending a half hour with Mr. Davis, he was both very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I placed a custom order for an engagement ring that a previous area jeweler would not work with us on (cough, Shane Co), inscribed at no charge, and bought our bands as well. The ring was made exactly how they rendered it! They even upgraded the ring to 18k gold at no charge, another big WOW! Thanks Sengs!

I will never buy from this jewelry store, I showed up looking for a piece of cubic zirconia jewelry for my mother for Christmas and the counter woman pretty much laughed in my face. I was so shocked by her immediate disdain and rudeness that I was literally at a loss for words. When I inquired as to where I might find a jeweler that did carry CZs the woman started into a tirade as to why I shouldnt purchase them, failing to help me in the least. This has been one of my most frustrating and shocking shopping experiences ever. I will never set foot in this establishment again, and strongly suggest you find another store to do business with.

Sorry to sound like a snob but I cant believe A) anyone from Louisville would go into Seng looking for a cubic zirconia when Seng has never pretended to be anything but a high-end jewelry store B) ANY of the associates there would EVER laugh in anyones face or go into a tirade! Anyone who has EVER shopped there knows that is farce! I like Seng for their estate jewelry section and for the stories Mr. Davis tells. But you better have some time...

I walked into the store expecting to be completely ignored as I was not wearing high end clothing. I could not BELIEVE how helpful and friendly the jewelers were in spite of the fact that I said I was only "browsing." I ended up having a ring made for my stepson in honor of his late father. They mailed it to me as I lived in Oklahoma at the time of the purchase. My stepson cherishes the ring and I cherish the memories of the experience.

I brought my Omega in to have the battery replaced and the jeweler marred up the back of my watch getting the back cover off. Not happy at all since a new battery install is 25$. Point being, if you have anything of value, I absolutely wouldnt have them perform service to it, of any kind.

They have lost my order and by now are avoiding my phone calls. A simple order of a replacement wedding ring has turned into a 4-month ordeal that leaves me wondering if I will ever get my money back or see my wifes ring that they kept for matching. I will never do business here again.
