I love to shop at Giant Eagle but this location is the absolute worst. Half the freezers had freezer burn all over and the food was still on the shelves for sale. I get into line to cash out and only 2 lines were open at 8:00 P.M. and 5 other self check out as well. I needed someone to look up my advantage card and pretty much got ignored by the whole staff until I had to verbally say something and the lady proceeded to be rude and unhelpful. When I got home I checked the expiration date only to find out it expired in April of 2016. Its a shame to see such a good supermarket go to waste. Will never return to this location and hope that this review helps others as well.

Nancy is the best! I have been going there for years, always see her supporting the self checkout lines with the ultimate in patience, friendliness and understanding of those who are having issues. She has never had a problem with having come over and clear my case of Bud Light. Those times have given us chance to know each other a little. My wife even teases me about going to see my girlfriends when I say I am going to Giant Eagle. Great team there!

Horribly rude staff especially the customer service desk women. I guess these women have been with the company years and feel they can treat people anyway they would like. The store would be well advised to replace these "lifers" with young blood. People that still are enthused and engaged in their jobs instead of the nasty rude unfriendly employees they have now working the customer service desk.

I agree with the previous review. The women behind customer service were extremely rude and disrespectful. If you want to be spoken to in a condescending manner then by all means go to this store. Horrible service, I will not be coming to this Giant Eagle again.

The employees behind the deli and the meat department are very rude 1 hour before closing at 8 p.m. totally dissatisfied with their rudeness
