The owner is too old to run the business. Both employees didnt even know what we ordered when we called in nor knew the cost that we both received for the estimate. The two old ladies who run the business are too old and are often confused. Very inconsiderate and argumentative when we tried to explain what we were quoted ,and to advise that we were charged twice for tax and ink....Terrible customer service. Never again.... N.
