I have been buying pens, cufflinks and various other things online from Mont Blanc for a long time. I was a very loyal customer. I not only purchased for myself but friends, employees and such. A visiting corporate office from Japan received and was impressed with the special edition engraved pen we presented him with. 3 weeks ago I ordered a pen for an employee gift. I was sent a message that they are doing maintenance and my order would be slightly delayed. No problem. A week went by so I called and was told it would ship on the first. Two weeks in no notice or pen I called back and was told the person before had lied to me and they cant tell me when it would be shipped. I paid for next day shipping because it was a gift and a time sensitive issue. No regard for that or the fact I am good customer. I was told I would get it when they sort their issues out. Their issues are not mine and shouldnt effect me or my employee. To tell me I still have no date to expect delivery or is really bad customer service. The operator could really care less. I will never buy directly from you again. I used to sing your praises but the lack of consideration is astounding. And it was not even an expensive item $5-600. But I have spent thousands and thousands with you but never will again. I never ever write bad reviews but I felt the public should know. Stay away.. at least from buying direct.

Ive been a loyal customer of Montblanc for many years and have been happy with there products but had an issue with my Montblanc briefcase. I was outside of the 2 year warrantee and the leather was very stretched. I brought it in to see if there was something they could do. Cindy, the manager of this location, was very professional and extremely helpful in doing everything she could to make me happy with the outcome. I will continue to be a loyal customer and really appreciate them going above and beyond.
