After struggling with another medical supply provider my insurance company recommended discount drug mart. Ive never gone here as I always went to Walgreens. The home medical staff were EXTREMELY helpful in getting me what I needed. They didnt fight me or try to say I couldnt get the item until AFTER the procedure, they simply told me they would take care of me and they did. Laurie and Alex were especially helpful. I will never go to another durable medical supply store. Discount drug mart has exceeded my expectations and won a lifelong customer!

Went to buy a Blu ray for a gift. NONE of the Blu rays would scan - the entire section- every title. Employee called someone, but could get no answer. Refused to sell the item - wouldnt even work with me on a price. Giving two stars because he at least tried to get an answer from another source. Very poor service though to have an item and flat out refuse to work with a customer to sell it.

Hold over from days gone bye... This is an older DDM - reminds me of the one in N. Canton. Established location - well stocked - decent staff - just needs a face-lift - but its a trade off (keep the prices down). DDMs always had some items no other store has. If you have never been in one - go - see what they have. If you have been before - this store is on par.

Terrible service. Went for my first prescription and gave the woman all my information. Once I arrived, waited 20 minutes, and had to give her my information again. This could have been done before I arrived.
