I go to "my" Dollar Tree in Altamonte at SR 436/434 alot.. probly 3 or 4 times a week and absolutely every person that works there is always in a good mood / pleasant and downright kind. Especially MJ the assistant manager, he busts his ass! always multi tasking and doing it with a smile.. he is the hardest worker and the Dollar Tree is FORTUNATE TO HAVE HIM IN THEIR EMPLOY. Again, MJ is an asset to this company and he busts his ass keeping the store nice / clean and looking good. He is always nice to the customers even when I have witnessed some real snotty people.. he keeps his cool and does and damn great job. I hope that someone in management at the Dollar Tree reads this and acknowledges him, as MJ deserves credit for going above and beyond. He is wonderful and as well as the other folks... one of the reasons I keep shopping there. it makes a difference to me to shop at stores where the folks are NICE> and this Dollar Tree is lucky to have him.

This use to be my favorite Dollar Tree, but it is no longer! This location is high traffic and the shelves tend to not have much to choose from often. Aside from that the customer service is OK, with the exception of one cashier by the name of Carol! She is very rude and has a smart mouth toward customers! She has been mouthy towards me for no just cause on more than two occasions. Ive noticed that she makes unnecessary comments to other customers as she services them as well. I dont think she is a good fit for customer service!!!

experience at the altamonte store is AWESOME. The manager (Tall man) do not know his name is GREAT ALWAYS helpful and willing to make the costumers happy. i always go out of my way to shop at this store even if i am not near by. The apopka store on the other hand has awful costumer service especially when it come to returning an item or even exchanging an item at the apopka location has been a nightmare experience every time i go in to this location.

I visited this Dollar Tree yesterday because I just wanted a cheap 2016 wall calendar. Let me tell you I was very impressed! Its the biggest, cleanest, and most organized dollar store I have ever seen! They also have a wonderful selection of party supllies, kitchen supplies, and anything else you can think of that you may need. Youve got to see it to believe it! Amazing! I am definitely going to become a regular there!

All Dollar Tree stores are relatively the same. Similar layouts and products. However, this particular store is huge. With such a big size in a busy location, it gets quite a bit of customers. Often times there arent enough registers open & it causes a huge line. But the staff there are polite & work as fast as they can. The lack of opened registers is the only reason Im taking off a star from my review.

Great place for everyday essentials like soap, laundry supplies, cold medicine, cleaning products. Some good deals on drinks and snacks as well. Large, clean store, with easy access and plenty of parking. Not top quality, but, hey, what can you expect for a buck ???

Good store to get what you need for cheap. Dont plan on running in and right out of this location. They dont keep enough cashiers on the registers to keep the lines moving.
