I have always loved this store so I writing a bad review but this must be told. I do not recommend anyone allowing this store to personalize a bible with the writing that is normally put at the bottom right corner. I forgot to purchase our family bible that was going to be a present at our WEDDING reception the next day so I ran here to grab one last minute. We found the perfect bible and the sales clerk insisted that we get it personalized so we agreed. They ruined the first bible by writing to totally wrong name after we spelled it out for them 3 times while they were writing it down. So we chose another bible that was a totally different style because the one they ruined was the last one on the shelf. They ruined the 2nd bible as well by not working the machine properly (something to do with temp). Long story short after 2 bibles being ruined and no more baby blue bibles on the shelf we had to ask for our money back and go purchase it somewhere else. There is nothing wrong with their customer service or merchandise. The clerks are simply not trained properly to do the personalizing and I would recommend having it done somewhere else.
