Good clean Store. Employees while I was there were very friendly and helpful. ☆ l am going to tell you, what everyone I know that visits Goodwill here in this part of North Carolina. Feels abput your stores. Your display of clothing sucks. You need to set up a Goodwill day and allow about 25 to 30 people to cone in and I promise they will, because we want to Have even a better expierence. But set aside 1 afternoon .Any afternoon, and let them reset your clothing racks. Cool you have them in Colors now. But they need to be are resett by general size. IE: small medium large ,xl, xxl etc...I promise if you get this c one you will have many many more customers and make many more $$. Also use this afternoon and your free help to separate shoes, purses, belts and more household goods like you have in your back room. I see People going into your 5 that are withing 30 Miles of me in any direction..Leave Disquested over Very few household items. Where they can clearly see when an employee goes into the backroom you have loads n loads of them. They are looking for lite furniture. I hope someone at Goodwill..will really ready what I have taken time to share and act on it.. Run a simple paper survey on each customer, Ask them if they want the store reset as,I have described. Or left the same. For the Readons,I have listed above I go to all the other national and local thrift stores and shop with them, as they have their stores set correctly. I quit shopping with you, but occasionally I go in I spend an hour or more in your store but maybe buy something for $2.00......its a shame. You could do so much more for the people Goodwill is set to help if you would just reset your Stores!

I looked up this business and found that they pay nothing for their product, pay their employee s minimum wage and the CEO makes 2.4 million a year. And....they dont do anything to help the community. Im giving what I have instead to Vintage Values, they actually provide help to woman with domestic violence issues and assist the elderly, as well. Theres also a chance to volunteer your time. 100% of what you give them goes towards helping these families.

A few minutes before closing time, I was in the dressing room making my final decisions before walking to the front to make my purchase... They actually turned the lights out while I was in the very dark dressing room undressed!!! & No, they were not closed yet... They still had another 15 minutes before they actually closed! & There was still plenty of people in the store shopping & in line paying for their merchandise! How rude!!!

The manager is rude! Id use other words for him actually.... Refused to take furniture in great condition and refused to take items he hadnt even seen! The items that they are selling are overpriced for heavily used second hand condition. There are other Goodwill locations that are MUCH better than this and understand what the word "goodwill" means. Dont even waste your time here.

They sort all of their clothes by color not size. So if you go to this Good Will make sure you have plenty of time and energy to sort through every single piece of clothing for what you need. Also, they use a marker to put a price on all of the merchandise virtually ruining anything of value. :-(

Always there. Always find great things. Annoyed lately because the prices went up sharply. They either say no or nothing when I mention it. Someone is really raking in the money. Guarantee it isnt the great people who work there. They are very hard workers!!

A great way to buy gently used items at discount prices, with the money going to help people in Eastern Carolina. The store is clean, well lit and and open until 8:30 p.m. bring cash or check, because they dont accept cards of any kind.

Theyve shifted heavily to clothing it seems. Most of the furniture Im used to seeing there was gone. Also be on the lookout for the angry door slamming employee that clearly hates his job.
