Went once, ordering a small latte to drink inside. I was surprised to have it served in a to-go cup, but the latte tasted better than my typical Starbucks experience, but rather lacking from the perspective of the 3rd wave coffee shops I frequent in the Twin Cities. Overall, it felt like a Starbucks without the overt "corporate-ness" but a bit better. Also of note, I was informed by the barista that each size latte contained 2shots of espresso, so I ordered the small, which appeared to be 10oz or such. The cinnamon scone had been drizzled heavily with sugar-syrup glaze.

This place was much better as Its A Grind. The snooty little girl that was the owners daughter tried to tell us this wasnt a chain, but when we googled it, it seems to be a chain. All the wonderful people that used to work at Its A Grind seem to have been replaced with unfriendly people. Im very disappointed with the change...the coffee wasnt that great either when we went the other day. They couldnt follow directions for a special order. Well be going to starbucks until this place shuts down and then I hope we get something better like "Its A Grind" again!

When I walked in to order a drink I saw a manager (or at least i think she was...couldnt tell, she was an older lady) talk really poorly to a staff member. I felt kind of awkward but still ordered a blended drink. The older woman took my order and had an attitude the whole time, and the drink was just ok...nothing better than Starbucks honestly. Caribou is actually much better. Definietly would not come back here, unless you like places that treat their staff and customers like crap.

Very friendly staff and their house blend coffee has the potency of rocket fuel! Our Toastmasters club has been meeting at this coffee shop after our weekly chapter meetings on Thursday mornings for years. They have always been extremely accommodating and their space is ideal for a casual social get-together. They also have eight big cushy chairs as well as a handful of tables that are ideal for setting up with a laptop to get some work done.

Great coffee fit my coffee by adding honey non-fat mil, strevia, top off with whip cream and chocolate drizzle. The bear claw and brownies are wonderful too. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It is my special treat to myself in the afternoon. Very convent off Millbrook Rd. and Falls of Neuse. Bryan and the coffee makers are very honest and courteous. I have been going since it opened years ago.

The group I was with ordered several different drinks and a pastry. The pastry tasted stale and one of the drinks was made incorrectly. Overall the drinks were on par with Starbucks, which is not saying much, and the prices were a bit high considering the quality. There are better coffee shops in the area with friendlier and more experienced staff.

This is one of the best coffee shops in the universe. They have great coffee and great employees. This business has taken the time to reward their returning customers through Perka, as well as, get to know their dailys. They knew me by name and exactly what I order every time. That is called great customer service and no one can top that.

I am a regular at Deja Brew and the best part is the consistency. Consistent service, consistent drinks and food, consistent cleanliness. I always hate going into a place where my coffee tastes different every time and only every now and then is it that perfect cup...NOT HERE! Always on point, always tasty and always very pleasant.

Coffee is excellent but dont come here between 7am-8am if you dont like loud leaf blowers first thing in the morning. There is always 2 maintenance workers using their high powered blowers simultaneously and it makes it very difficult to order through the drive up speaker. It also increases heart Rte and other cardiovascular risks.

This place is hidden in a cozy little nook in the Quail Corners shopping center near the butcher shop, Big Eds and Jimmy Johns subs. The atmosphere is that of a rustic yet modern cafe. The music is great and the customer service is personable and excellent. And of course the coffee is delicious. I love this place.

First time visiting. There were 2 lines. I waited as each person in front of me was taken care of. When I got to place my order, the lady behind the counter turned to the other worker and told him she was going to do something else and left me standing there without saying a word to me. Definitely not going back.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Recognized that I was a new customer and stopped me from ordering something that was WAY more coffee than I needed. Nice to know they care more about a good customer experience than making an extra buck. Also, the pumpkin bread was divine!

Been going here for a couple of years with friend back when it was Its A Grind. I am not a big coffee person but I love the Blended White Chocolate Mocha. The staff and owner are so nice no matter if it is just two or three of us or if 20 or more geeks invade on Friday.

Take care when requesting their strongest coffee. I was up all night! It did get me through an entire night class after a long day at work though so it did what I needed it to, just that it went above and beyond what I needed :)

This is a locally owned and operated coffee house that our Toastmasters club visits every Thursday morning. The owners and staff are very customer oriented and accomodate our group with exceptional service ! Highly recommend !
