I This is one of my favorite grocery stores. The reason for this is the people who work here. One person (and the list would be huge if I tried to list them all) is Chandra. Chandra a normally works the self check out lane, but helps all over. One TV c qI wanted to call him out specifically is that I have a medical problem which, whilst I am receiving treatment for, will occasionally flair up to where its almost impossible to walk. Chandra, when he has seen my walking ability and demeanor change will (unprompted) get a cart if I dont already have one, then will either walk me to my car and help me with this groceries himself or will get someone to help me if he is unable to help me himself. Chandra is just one example of this entire store. Everyone is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to help. The call ahead service is great for people with disabilities or are just busy or just want the convenience of getting their groceries without having to go in. However, do yourself a favor and go in and experience a store friendliness like almost no where else.

This is very nice HT ... Nothing makes this store stand out any different from any other store ... actually I take that back ... David S. Who was my cashier is by far ... hands down the best cashier ever! His demeanor is "serious" yet friendly and his attention to detail... his professionalism ... his delivery even on the robotic things he has to say and do are all FLAWLESS ... he asked for my big card by telling me I could enter or he could ... he then asked me if I found everything... all of this was after making sure he was ready for me after his previous shopper. After completing my transaction he asked if I needed help... even though what I had was easily carried ... and Im sure he knew this but still that delivery and it making me feel as if he would have gotten me help if I had asked was ridiculous (in a good way) ... he even took the time to highlight that whole $1.00 I saved using my VIC card ...outside of that just another grocery store!

Not great, theyre often out of the fresh items that I want (salad, strawberries), and more often than not I leave disappointed because theyre always out of multiple items on my list (normal things like Parmesan cheese, yogurt, milk, etc.). Ive actually waited in line before for 20 minutes, and then had a cashier (he was Indian) speak to the woman behind me (also Indian) in a different language (guessing its something that is spoken in India...), and then open a register to check her out before me. That made me furious, so I now refuse to go inside this Harris Teeter, and do all of my grocery shopping online through the express lane pickup. Dee (usually works the express lane) is great though, always chooses good substitutes and goes above and beyond my customer service expectations. She more than makes up for the rude Indian man cashier, however I still refuse to go inside the store because its always such a let down.

Excelente surtido de mercadería. Su marca propia es muy buena. Ahorro muchísimo cuando compro los articulos que me hacen llegar por mail en promoción por estar suscripta a e-vic. Personal muy atento. El local está limpio y ordenado. Un placer comprar en éste Harris Teeter. Lo recomiendo!

Coming from a different part of the country where there is a much higher volume of shoppers in one store, I expected this to be a well maintained store. The produce section needs a lot of attention. Fruit flies are everywhere. The fruit is obviously being mishandled before stocking. They need to hire more help or have more cashiers on during the rush hour. I often see only a few registers open while 20 people are waiting in the lines. It seems more expensive than the other local stores too. Id look elsewhere.

Always out of fresh products. Produce dept is usually pretty gross stocked with items that are going bad. They spend a fortune fixing up the store by adding refrigeration cases but the place needs help. Their salad bar is the worst around and typically they have old burnt soup out. The deli meat counter is always short staffed. Plan on being there a long time waiting for your meats to be sliced. Out of all the Harris Teeters in the neighborhood this is the worst.

The store has excellent customer service that makes sense and is logical. This four star rating is based on multiple visits during many different timeslots. I deduct one star because the produce department has many challenges. I have purchased produce (gooseberries, for example, that you cannot see very well) that had mold on it. Please, inspect your produce carefully here. Even the Walmart on Shiloh has a higher quality of produce!!!

Open 24 hours. Floral selection is amazing. Nice selection of wine and they offer periodic case sales. Several grab and go options including cold sandwiches, warm chicken or pork loin, sides, sushi, and a salad bar. Produce is fresh. Can sign up for sale announcements. Very busy after work. When they can, they try to add cashiers to decrease wait time. Starbucks, pharmacy, red box, and grocery pickup also ordered.

This is my neighborhood store and thank God for that. The service is always outstanding. When lines become heavy at the deli or check out managers always hop right in to speed things up. When something is out on the shelves they will always check in back without hesitation. John the manager goes above and beyond for his customers and his employees and you feel it when shopping there.

I especially appreciate the pharmacists at this store. I like that they call me by name when they help me. Any trouble with refill orders from the doctor, or insurance hassles they resolve. They are knowledgable, friendly, quick and professional.
